Sorry, I meant to say class. So dependent on class is your level, the stronger your class the less levels you can take in it, if I'm to read the chart right? Or do I have it backwards, the weaker the class the less levels you can take?

Most classes cap at 10.

Prestige classes are between 1 and 10, depending on the class.

Edit: Miyamoto Musashi would be a sixth-level swordsman, if you want an RL example.

Nope. There are theoretical levels above 10, but nobody has reached them. Those who have keep it on the down low.

If we do, I'm eventually going to make Thale's life hell for money. In fact, I have a scheme.
Thales goes to a settlement and discredits the temples of other gods there until they're ready to kill him. I then go to them and offer to make his life hell for a certain amount of time for an exorbitant price, and then do it.
