I'm more used to the just rewards of being a good samaritan instead of that of cold, hard exp. It's a nice bonus, heh.

But yeah, more seriously though there's a lot going on and we've more-or-less have a handle on it, so if you got any question about the universe/mechanics/etc we'll try to fill you in as much as we can.
