does the 'slip forward on the next two tiles and activate both of them mean that you get to set up a blank tile if it's one of the two?

Only if it's the one you end up on.

Poo. That would be awesome if I could set one up to finally get me somewhere forward <_<

Veto.
Wait, we can do that?

No.  But I will tone it down since it's an average of 16 squares lost.  Probably -2 each die size (which results in 12 average but it's over several turns so whatever)

So who are we waiting on?

Code: [Select]
lawastooshort 8
RangerCado 8
freeformschooler 6 Backwards
javierpwn Highest non-5 number  (3, currently)
JackOSpades [Goes -1]
GreatWyrmGold Highest
ragnarok97071
Dariush Moving backwards

Jack (technically, since he can manipulate those below him) and Ragnarok.

Fine with me. It keeps the spirit of the Square.

Javier's current instructions have him on the only 3.

That's 12 average and 20 maximum, and it doesn't matter if it's over several turns since the player can't do anything with the status effect. Requesting further nerf by 1 dice size. >______>

Since when does "Average" mean "Minimum"?

Ever since you learned to count. Or rather didn't. ;)

which results in 12 average
I trusted his math, as did Dariush as he didn't complain. Now to prove it.

The original would be 1d10+1d8+1d6+1d4, or 5.5+4.5+3.5+2.5 on average, or an average of 16, as stated, BUT the minimum was 1+1+1+1. (The maximum was 10+8+6+4, or 28.)
Now, the tile sends you back 1d8+1d6+1d4+1d2, or 4.5+3.5+2.5+1.5 on average, for an average total of 12, as stated. The minimum is still 1+1+1+1 or 4, and the maximum is not 8+6+4+2, or 20.

NOT DEAD

La charges out to Tile 32!  He sets up a naked-boxing-wrestling ring!  Oh my!

RangerCado zips to Tile 26!  He pulls out a big bottle of Destiny and pours it everywhere.

Freeformschooler jumps backwards to Tile 7!  He turns on the hose and floods the tile.

javierpwn hops ahead three to Tile 33.  He creates a nice relaxing sauna.  Ahhh.

JackOSpades staggers backwards out of the goo and lands in Tile 7.  He would get statuses removed, but he doesn't have any!

GreatWyrmGold gallops out to Tile 33.  Man, this is one relaxing sauna.   Ahhh.

ragnarok97071 hops two to Tile 6.  Oh hey, slippery vomit!  Ahhh!  He slips right through the clean water and into the sticky goo!  Too bad the water activated first! [1]

Dariush slips back in time to Tile 21!  He activates the tile backwards!  He gets this effect:
Bet a number between 1 and 10, then roll 1d10.  If the number you bet is lower than the roll, add that number to your next roll.  Otherwise, move backwards a random number of tiles between X and 2X, where X is the number you bet. [2]

Turn 7 has begun!

Numbers!

1 1 2 3 4 7 7 8

Initiative!  Dariush, what did you say about the RNG's mother?

Code: [Select]
ragnarok97071 16
freeformschooler 15
javierpwn 14
GreatWyrmGold 9
lawastooshort 5 (Rolloff: 19)
JackOSpades 5 (Rolloff: 10)
RangerCado 1 (Rolloff: 17)
Dariush 1 (Rolloff: 2)

Status!

Quote
GreatWyrmGold - Miss one turn, double move next turn.
freeformschooler
javierpwn
lawastooshort - EMPed - no forward assistance for 1 turn
JackOSpades
Dariush - Reverse Sloth Angel
RangerCado - EMPed - no forward assistance for 2 turns
ragnarok97071 - next roll is -1 regardless

[1] Activating both tiles is a tile effect, not a status effect, so the water doesn't stop the double move.

[2] Damn this took a while to figure out.
