(IE like your pre-game example, "Move back X spaces" where X is the tile you are on)

Yes, let's do this.

What, did you not see the answers?
I did not. Sorry. :(

8! 'Whoever lands on this tile before 23.05.2013 shall move forward 10 tiles.'

Problem, fairness?

Okay Captain-Complains-When-People-Don't-Mention-Timezones, that'll be based on Host Time, which is EST aka GMT-5.

PS I saw that ninja edit

preferably 5.

Falling down stairs and hitting every Step on the way down.
on your next turn treat all tiles you pass over as if you had landed on them.

That one is arguably against the creation rules, but you know what?  I'll let it stick- but the effects all take place at once when you stop.  In other words, if you pass a "back two" and a "forward three" tile, you actually move forward one.

A clarification - if I write an effect under myself on whichever tile I move to, does it apply to me that very moment or only to the next person who steps there?

Only to the next and subsequent people.  Otherwise, it'd be a bit silly.  And your hidden effect is legit.

3, 5, 7, or 8

The affect of the tile 4 tiles in front of you, is activated. This tile switches places with the used tile at the end of the turn.

8, 6 or 7, in that order of preference. Whoever lands on my square slips on a slimy and enormous substance which causes them to slip into the next two squares and suffer both of their effects. Whilst covered in the slimy substance.

Ruling on something now- chain-reaction tiles cannot trigger other chain-reaction tiles.  I'm not having everyone set off half the map every turn.
