For the jelly, I want to masculinise the nav drone and upgrade its coordination and communication faculties. getting these qualities early will help to propagate them and they will be vital for maintaining a large empire. Then I want to set to work on a queen to increase our royal jelly production. And I want it to be a mind queen so that we can get a small technology base established and generating a steady flow of technological advances.

For construction I'd say concentrate our efforts on creating a cloning center making both body and tech part cooperate on rersearch. Ability to produce cloned low level drones will let our queen to abstain from laying low level eggs.

I am against musculining tech drone, mostly because I want to up it to LVL5 before mating, and because I am sure that we have no need to start creating another queen for the next 2 weeks at least

Our spawning, can and should be boosted by a)commanders b) cloning center
Our royal jelly production can be improved by princess flowers, and I expect that higher tier offspring of agriculture caste will be able to plant such flowers
Our tech advance can be done by upgrading nav drones, much more cost effective way to boost our research

Besides I am really curious to see how will agriculture caste  work

There is little value in expanding our reproduction capacity at this time. We are currently well concealed and expansion would be more of a risk than an asset. We should refine our forms and make preparations for rapid expansion later. We can build tunnels now with relatively little exposure and later use them for rapid transit to sites that will be expanded into large hive sites with notable thermal exposure which we do not want until we have the forms and supplies ready to exploit them.

Cloning center is exactly one of preparations for rapid expansion later.

Besides, It's immediately worthwhile:
Cloning more tech drones, that we are of short supply, can boost our tech intensive preparations, cloning more mining drones will let us to tunnel more

Another thing we need for rapid expansion - a lot of food, a lot of flowers, that's what pollinators for

I agree that increasing our numbers is not an immediate concern. That's why I am against strongly against creating a queen in a near future, agriculture caste can help us with royal jelly generation either directly by planting princesses or indirectly by boosting plant related research

Point is, we do need some way to knock out the humans advantages. (Offworld reserves, large population, orbital defense, scan and communication sattelites).

The only proposal we got for that, and which has been confirmed to work by past experience, and GM confirmation, is the Scrap to orbit missile system. While it won't be perfect, the GM mentioned we need a tech Queen to build it, and developing a spaceprogram takes time.

Of course we could go for another system, but I haven't found a good solution yet.

Spreading a bioplague would knock out offworld reserves and the population advantage, but humanity retains their higher ground and will likely move in a precautionary quarantaine fleet.

Yes, we'll need tech queen (On other hand, I am not sure that LVL5 tech drones are worse solution. We aren't making a hyperspace ship here, but a rocket with shrapnel) but right now there are no pressing need for it, while we do need royal jelly to create more adapted Kai

I really prefer to make our first queen from the offspring of LVL5 mate, whatever mate it will be. Delaying for two more weeks for that is a nice price to pay

If you ask me, I want to spend our next 3 units of jelly to upgrade navigation drone to LVL5 dedicated shipwright, than mate with it and start making a queen from it's offspring. Even if LVL5 drone will be unable to create a rocket, getting better tech queen well worth some waiting

Other Nav drone can be upgraded in dedicated computer specialist, another useful profession

What we don't need in tech drone is  "upgrade its coordination and communication faculties" We have commanders for coordination, we need mad scientist type of drone here

But mating with pollinator is the first priority  we need more jelly to upgrade Kai, upgrade main queen,  make queens. And we need more food than we can consume, because our population will explode at some time

I'll say this again as reminders:

Queens produce 100 eggs every 14 days.
Commanders produce 40 eggs every 14 days.
1 Queen = 1 Queen's Flower

Presumably, 1 Queen / Commander = 1 Princess Flower, but You don't know.

Day 14 means 100 new eggs are produced, and it's a "use it or lose it" scenario. No males = no new Kai. As it stands, we get jelly on the 15th, 18th, 21st, 24th, and 27th days. (Yes, the Princess Flower works for nectar.)

So, barring incidents we'll get 5 royal jelly units during the next reproduction period, enough to

a) bump a nav drone to level 5
b) Improve the first queen twice
c) mate
d) start saving jelly for making the tech queen with a nice set of traits
e) make the said queen from suitable high level egg

Meanwhile our agriculture caste will secure our farming and help with jelly production... If commanders have a chance to plant princess flowers, than agriculture commanders have the best chance to do it
If not, boost to plant research should help us raise jelly production
There are also variant of agriculture queen... But I prefer second queen to be a tech queen, because I want a tech queen to be the 100% loyal one

So, although comanders are not as good as queens, being basicly queens lite, they can deffinetly stand in for queens while we work on Our agriculture cast.

Upgrades to LVL1 polinator
1) fertelize as a male (far and away the most important)
2)Make its waste products work as fertilizer for the flowers and give it the ability to safly digest plant toxins like from the hybrid flower
3) imporve Pyschic flower link again

Soon. This game actually takes the longest to update, because I have to make a lot of rolls, update the food cycle and the growth cycle, and do the Administration actions as well as the Pirate actions.

As it stands, the current plan is:

Construction
- Any reinforcement yet to be completed

Military
- Tactics mode upcoming for Pirate Ship

Flowers
- Pollinate the Princess flower with Queenpollen

Royal jelly
Fertlize the LVL1 pollinator, get ready for egg creation in a few days

Eggs
- Spined comander

Bioresearch
- Plant some of the human plant samples

Bio/Tech
- Finalize and test Clone Chamber

If this is correct, expect a post soonish.

You order the final reinforcement of any chambers not currently finished. As the Scouts draw nearer and nearer to the ship, You find it prudent to be certain beyond any doubt that surface bombardment will not collapse the Hive. While this occurs, you order the Pollinator Drone to eat Royal Jelly, and then possess it to guide its development as a male, as well as further upgrades related to psychic sensitivity and digestive system. This process takes some time, as certain brain structures are delicate work to handle. However, this work goes completed without a hitch, and the L2 Pollinator is complete to Your satisfaction. With this being done, You and the Pollinator begin to plant Human Plants, and observe to see if they grow. Strangely enough, You do not detect signs of life, and are puzzled by the lack of growing speed. Clearly, the Humans must plant millions of plants in order to grow enough. Their dominance of their planet is a steadily growing mystery You consider unravelling sometime after conquering their planet.

You lay an additional egg, and then set out to examine the Human-Client's brain. It would appear that the pre-structures needed for psychic work are indeed there, but that there is currently no way in which the Flowers - or You - could establish the needed links to integrate them into the Hivemind. It is entirely possible that they could Listen, but they could not share in the Harmony.

Lastly, You order the Clone Chamber to begin the development of Tech Larvae; the process of creating 20 Clonekai begins.

The Scots land on and infiltrate the Human Hiveship as the day-cycle begins. You possess the Scouts to guide their activity.

[Hive Mode - inactive
Tactics Mode - Active]

You are several Scouts.

You managed to infiltrate the Hiveship through the bottom, and are currently located in an Engine Room. It is very noisy, and the automated workers within do not appear to take notice of You. There are three exits from this room, but the Human language is beyond Your capacity to understand at the moment. One door appears to be a large blast door; the other is a small, sealed hatch leading upwards; and the final door seems to be a regular door leading towards the front end of the Ship.

There is a fourth exit, but that leads back out of the Ship. It seems pointless to leave when You just boarded, but You consider the possibility anyway.

Look for possibilities to hide.

Try to see if any pipes/cables lead to the central lifesupport system, the main power system, or the backup power system. Be stealthy.
