To explain, I quote UR:

Biology research
1) Briefly analyze xenofauna without vivisecting, yet. Generic info about them, only.
2) Analyze and compare digestive juices of various Kai, especially juices of grub's... Find what chemicals make grub's digestive juices more effective and try to create a method to artificially create those chemicals to be added to synthetic food and boost digestion of regular Kai's. (of cause test them for toxicity levels, first).

Industry
Build chemical researching\producing facility in the deep hive.

A Nurse produces chemicals on its own; I figured I would make it absolutely clear, especially given that a B-caste Nurse is generally more in line with Body Caste than a chemical producing machine.

Can we get a concise layout of the Flower life cycle? what all the recovering, active and inactives mean?

The Flowers have a life cycle of two days of immaturity, followed by two days of flowering (a thick stalk with 40 large blue flowers on it), during which point it can be pollinated or harvested for food.

If it gets harvested for food over two days (or if not), then it has two days of "recovery" before it can actively produce Flowers again.

If it is pollinated, it loses its flowers and begins to create a fruit, which generally drops within 2 to 6 days. A Fruit of Life is equivalent to Two Units of Food. When the tough seed within is planted, it germinates into a sporifer; within 1-4 days of its growth, the sporifer releases exactly 80 spores, which grow into the Flowers.

My proposed actions

Construction
1)Finish the food synthesizer
2) Do dig away nice safe distance away to setup deep military base\supply depot quite far away. Choose SSE direction to build it closer to manufacture facility.

Military
1) Wake up the soldiers after the second food synthesizer is finished

Flowers
1)Standing orders
2) gather some pollen from the hybrid for future use and put it into stasis\storage
3) try pollinating the hybrid.

Eggs
Lay: B-commander, 3 M scouts,1 M-nurse
Will: 1 M-nurse to M-commander remaining M-nurse to B-nurse. If successful lay them immediately

Bioresearch
1) Task master pollinator to concentrate on improving Princess flower as he sees fit, and use captured materials from the raid to speed up the improvement
Ideally he should try to ask what Princess would like to include in it's genome and what not.
(I want Princess queen to be an ideal mate for all other kinds of flower)

2) Dissect and carefully study the ape. Analyze it's muscles, reproduction, brain and sensory system, digestion, and, especially, immune system.  It's  some caste of bipeds and their main caste should be quite similar we may use the info for future war, including biological warfare. It would be nice to find a bacteria or virus that are safe for us but not for that biped
Finally try to estimate ability of bipeds to alter DNA judging by changes they have done.

3) Select an M-drone larva and try to will it to keep its digestive pH throughout life.

4) Isolate Methane eating bacteria from Kia gut flora.

Immune systems tend to well, die after the corpse gets cold.

We have methanobacteria cultures, they are just unlisted. It's in the Biolab.

Yes, but although we wouldn't get to see it in action we would get see the various protein responses, cell types, and what the body considers "self" for the purposes of immune response(and if we have gene analyzer tech we could get to see the genetic underpinnings)

Edit:

Good. now that we have both electricity->methane and Methane->bioenergy covered lets see about splicing those together and making a bacterium that can do electricity->bioenergy. fewer steps mean less energy loss afterall :D

Anyway, I'm repeating my suggestions.

A) Building a cloning pod, or if that doesn't work, a reduced statis pod. (Target hibernates, but methabolisms doesn't stop entirely. Allows us to experiment with nongenetic  changes)
B) Finding a source of radiation / other mutagenic substance
C) Before we raid the biolab(for all it's stuff this time). Look for a primary and secondary power source. Take those out first, best simultaneously. Then raid the place, and blow it's fuelreserves up. Such a thing must have large oxygen storage canisters, or something else volatile. Better idea. Let's try to come off as pirates. Much less likely to fail
D) Let's set up growing plots for all the seeds we captured. See what they do and stuff.

Yes, but although we wouldn't get to see it in action we would get see the various protein responses, cell types, and what the body considers "self" for the purposes of immune response(and if we have gene analyzer tech we could get to see the genetic underpinnings)
Those will probably be long decomposed. Most cells and proteins don't last that long.

I thought we had them in stasis, cryofrozen within minutes  of death.

Yeah, Stasis was always in place. If I didn't list it before, that's my bad. They are more or less freshly dead.

I'm thinking that we should plant flowers EVERYWHERE in the hive, more food the better.

The flowers probably wouldn't appreciate the industrial areas, and we need to leave room to travel without harming them, and there may be issues if the lower castes spend sufficient time communing with the flowers that they fail to perform functions required of the hive. But expanding the flower population is always a valid proposal, so we should help them to expand.

Yup, I prefer to keep them separate in their own farming areas. They will grow better there.

I'd prefer to plant underground flowers in all non industry\science heavy places... Mines, transportation tunnels, storages. That will help us against incidents and will create flowers that can grow anywhere with minimal tending

For farming we have optimized flower gardens and food synthesizers
