I have a question about finding the current population and any owned settlements of a civ.  I have an 'extinct' civ in this world . . . except after 80 years of inactivity an old-ass female became general after fleeing the goblin fortress she was hiding in.  She is 152 years old.

So how do I find any free retained settlements and any members?
