Listing dwarves by location

I'm in the process of getting my dwarves out of the first cavern so that I can seal it off - is there any way to get a quick list of all the dwarves below a certain Z-level (maybe using Dwarf Therapist or dfhack)?  It's getting annoying going through my list of 100+ dwarves to make sure I don't leave anyone down there.

With DFHack, no. Pretty sure there's no way to do it with Dwarf Therapist, but since the last time I even used that was about two years ago, don't take my word for it.

The menu where you save and quit > Export Local Image

The following screen then lists "Your Units" by z-level.

In that situation, I'll just make a small burrow somewhere, and just wait for everyone to get there, then forbid everything in those forbidden Z-levels, turn off web collecting, and then seal the wall.
