So, looks like we are offended by other sentients on our planet because they're ripping us off, we are the OP?

Looking at the screenshot, we do have 2 greens so far. I still think we could go for shaman (all green) since it makes the initial space stage far easier (whereas whipping out the superweapons right away is a good way to get your ass kicked.)

By the time we'd be ready to use superweapons and deal with the consequences, we could just go on an alignment switch mission anyway.

But those are expensive and a pain in the ass. Plus the Shaman one is easier to do.

But by the time you're ready to switch to Shaman, you don't really need it. Instant home teleport greatly extends the range of your crappy ship, which is immensely useful for the first half of the progress bar. Once we get to where we can use Superweapons without getting owned by the rest of the galaxy turning against us, expense will not be an issue.

Yes, but if you use it before you're already powerful enough that you don't need superweapons (and can impress the Grox), you get curbstomped because the entire galaxy teams up on you. You become basically unable to expand beyond your home planet due to constant attacks.

Then destroy everything around our home planet. While we ally with the Grox, slowly buy out all their planets. That way, we both ally with the Grox and destroy them!
