Spoiler: Current Total: (click to show/hide)

Pretty definitive for the most part. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 pass with little to no resistance. 4 fails to overwhelming resistance. 3 and especially 9 are a bit less certain. Keep voting, I'm not updating until sometime tomorrow.

How are pastry legless cuddly things lovecraftian in any way? I'm sorry to see the vote for removing legs so high.

We're not simply copying a Lovecraftian abomonation. We're creating the newest one. The Pastry names are just until we can reach the true mastery of our Lovecraftian creation. It's simply a progress.

1. [Increase Lovecraft] Absolutely. Yes. That's the general plan we wanted at the beginning so we should generally stick to that unless we need to deviate for some reason.

2. [Add Tentacles] Yes, of course. For the same reason as 1.

3. [Combat vs Social] We should focus on both in my opinion. Ever shifting creatures that should not be... shouldn't really be stuck on any one thing.

4. [Improve Feet] Abstain. I didn't want feet in the first place so I don't really care either way.

5. [Improve Health] Yes. We don't want any old men blowing us away with a shotgun. REFERENCE!!!

6. [3rd Belly Arm] Yes... Oh so much yes. That'll be deliciously odd and out of place.

7. [Turn legs into Wings] YES! YES!!! Legs are for cowards. Wings are the future!

8. [Snickerdoodle?] Yes. I like the bakery themed names until we reach true Lovecraftian terror. To those who disagree... Why not propose another name? 8 should be an instant yes unless a rival name is proposed.

9. [Close to ground] Yes. It makes the walking look weirder which is what we're aiming for yes?

10. [Bigger Fists] Abstain. It doesn't matter to me.

Hey Nerjin, want to vote? I don't believe you have.

I didn't realize I was so important to the voting process. But the above is my thoughts on all matters.

I'd also like to In on having a city named after me in the Civ. Stage. If I can do that.

I assumed you wanted to be part of the electoral process. Silly me.

I'd also like to note that I am unaware of any way to re/name cities.

The Snickerdoodle will have tentacles and a more Lovecraftian appearance, prioritize combat skills over social, gain a belly-arm, turn two legs into wings, and have bigger fists, and if there's DNA left over, will increase Health. Let's get this update started...

Their inner ears had greatly enlarged in size, presumably giving them superior balance; their hands gained size and chitinous plates; a third arm, excellent for clasping and crushing, sprouted from their undersides--presumably allowing them to feed on hard nuts--and tentacles now supported the electric organs, giving the Snickerdoodles enhanced electrical senses. We've got a lot of DNA right now. What shall we do with it, if anything?

Also, keep in mind that our Complexity is pretty high right now...

I am sorry to see the legs go. There are plenty of legless slug things in Lovecraft, but no tripods, so it's not as if that's copying anything. Tripods are more unique...
