Sell Everything, buy electric, toxic, the cheapest mouth, and as many flagella as possible. Call it Regressive Shocktopus Rex.

Just stick more flagella in it. We don't need no fancy eletricity.

Lots of flagella. Hopefully, in a fight, losing one will be a negligible loss.

Blast! I never knew you could add assymetrical body parts. I could have created a really cool looking creature based off of that idea...
You need one of the patches, 1.004 or 1.005. I remember that on my last computer it kept asking if I wanted to install the patches until I installed GA (which did not include the asymmetry patch, sadly), but it's not doing that now.
If we want asymmetry, we have to answer one question: How?

http://forum.spore.com/jforum/posts/list/36030.page

Didn't actually remember asymmetric scaling was a thing, but seems it is. Also, we totally need monocles for Civilization stage.

This isn't DF, sadly. (Although if a game could combine Spore's breadth and flexibility with DF's depth and realism...) You can't lose flagella, only HP.

I already got the patches, and for some reason I couldn't use the touch pad mouse thing when holding down the keys (which didn't help my attempts to flee predators while getting a screenshot any). But now I've figured it out, somehow.

Anyways, as it stands it looks like we want to make a cloud of flagellae and maybe electric. Just to point out, we could exchange a flagellum for a cilia and get faster turning, which would be quite helpful.

EDIT: We could afford a mouth, electric, a pair of cilia, and two flagella sets if we didn't have anything else.

True it would be helpful. HOWEVER, I vote that we keep the Cilia out of this. They're used so often they need a break.

Turn Spodinger [4]

"...Spodinger minos, which was approximately the same size and had electrogenic organs and toxin glands, as well as several flagellae. However, it was slightly smaller, and lacked the spines and jaws of its ancestors. It was swiftly followed by Spodinger neot, which was about twice the size, about four [9 cm] in length. Its world was a dangerous one..."

Creature stage!

Now we have a new editor and stuff.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Two things to know about the Creature Editor:
1. Cell parts cannot be added after now! Last call!
2. Adding redundant parts doesn't help--1 flagellum is the same as 12 (specifically, giving Sneak 1).

We could add legs and feet, or we could, um, not. We have 70 DNA points, legs are 50. Oh, and if we want to be able to eat meat, we need to shell out for those jaws now.

Use the filter mouth as hair of sorts when we get another mouth.

Legs are for WIMPS!

When do we learn about Muffini Minor? [Best name suggestion ever...]

Do you want to name this that?

Also, it seems that we have the following:
Use a pair of flagella as horns/antannae
Legs are for WIMPS!
as suggestions for the creature. Do you want it to basically be like Spodinger?
