I will vote on that based on what projects will be voted for

Oh, guys? What specialists are we going to get from the university this year? We get eight this time around.
I dunno.

Mostly artillery centered I suppose, though I would like to get some others too. (Mostly for submarines)

Well, I think we could use some nautical engineers, along with a few ergonomic engineers and some automotive engineers.

EDIT: Also, think we should repair our small dock for proper use?

I would really like some engineers who can work on improving the mechanisms that we use for our automatic weapons, and also the mechanisms that are at work in our factories. If we could cook up some more factory automation then it could address many of our woes and get our workers back into the mines where they belong.

I would really like some effort to be made to address our ethical duties, as without ethics, we are just another expansionist(in effect, if not by choice, yet...) nation looking to destroy our neighbour's culture...

Actually, if we can, get the research institute to investigate the principles behind jet propulsion
That is not how the research institute works, or at least, it shouldn't be. They are just a bunch of scientists left to play around with expensive toys in the hopes that they might stumble upon something useful. It provides a bit of a dilemma for the G.M. though. Does it produce real-world technology that can be exploited, such as silicon circuitry, which would likely provide us with guided missiles, remotely operated turrets, and code-breaking super-computers in a couple of years, and autonomous vehicles within 5, or fictional technologies which will require effort to create something interesting that can withstand scrutiny and not break the game...
But telling them what to do would entirely defeat the purpose of having them, as they are there to provide things that we cannot think of. But by all means produce more specific research facilities.

(BTW RAM no one uses your weird naming scheme)
Nobody uses any naming scheme right now. Mine tells us how well each role is represented, yours tells us which docks we need. I think that mine is better, and assuming the situation and casually and ambiguously insulting ideas like that is a particularly nefarious argument tactic...

In fact GM uses "mine" naming scheme, look at the Capian navy description

I think we're good to start voting right?

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Intelligence report on Capia:
Capia's is proud of its navy  that consists of 3 5000t cruisers, 5 3000t frigates, 10 1000t destroyers, and no more than 20 200t ships, it has nothing in the same class as our PT boats.
Up to 250 - Boat
250-750 - Corvette
750-1500 - Frigate
1500-3000 - Destroyer
3000-6000 - Cruiser [/b]

I kinda suspect that GM's "under construction factories" are the ones that will give production this turn, I am sure that D is redundant

If that is the case, then I'll change my vote. I was just trying to insure those factories were completed this turn

Alrighty then, gonna change my vote

Edit: So I guess we can assume that unless explicitly stated, any factory in construction one turn will be completed the next?

Another question for the GM. Can our Radar do ground scans. (For example, when mounted in the airship). Because that would be very usefull.

Not so much on land as on sea, where we'll be able to detect surfaced submarines at very long range.

A good point, since surface groups could also be tracked, which would be essential for carrier operations as it allows planes to be launched far from visual range-and definitely far from opposing ships' guns!

Doublepost. Thinking on things, I'm actually torn on keeping my vote for 5 or switching it to prox fuses. While the Jackhammer is something nice to have-especially for something like an interceptor against bombers, or a carrier-launched fighter bomber(which, by necessity, would have to be relatively light to be launched from a short runway), it's not a priority. What do you guys think?
