That was easier then I expected, only 5 projects I had any interest in.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

I'm more worried about artillery at the moment, I like the tank but I don't wanna take engineers away from artillery for it when our current tank is good enough to hold the lead for a little while yet.

So do I, if it gets completed good if not it'll continue next turn and I'll vote for it then once our artillery is a bit more, well, not stolen from our enemy.

Alex likes it though and she's working out her votes now so she'll probably vote for it,

Agreed :). Though, I'll admit I think the 240mm howitzer may be a little TOO ambitious(one that had less stringent requirements would have been a no-brainer vote for me....)

Well we could counter propose but the proposal period is over now so it's to late, can always use it as a basic design for a counter proposal next turn if it's gonna be to complicated.

Tryrar your posts in IC thread look like you want to encourage as many voted projects as possible?
Why else would players need that info?

240mm howitzer... pfff, well, hello another SPIA :))

.....well  list like that is handy correct? However, if Nadaka thinks it's a bad idea I'll remove it

Edit: I'm in agreement with the howitzer. If we need a big gun like that, make it simpler

Well it's to late to counter now and if luck is on our side we'll have a semi complete model ready then we can just sub proposal next turn and it'll take less time to finish.

I may vote for the 240mm howitzer actually, It can be a great base design for our cruiser\new coastal battery\Siege weapon. I just don't believe that it will work as a mobile gun with insane rate of fire

But damn I have 6 votes and 13 design projects I like.

The advantage that 240mm has over SPIA is that it only does one thing. It may be huge and unwieldy, but it will put all of that huge and unwieldy into putting a massive lump of ordnance someplace, rather than splitting it between large ordnance and armour. And the SPIA wasn't that bad, it just lacked the reaction times that we wanted.

Oh, earlier someone asked about armour piercing rounds in a howitzer. They should have longer range, be better for things like penetrating heavy bunkers and collapsing underground facilities, and sometimes it is better to put a great lump of metal in the middle of a road than to just put a hole in it...
