It plays a lot like Virtual Villagers http://www.virtualvillagers.com/  and no, there is no procedural content as far as I know. Frankly, it's not very good. It's a fair timewaster at best.

I am glad, that was my intention. If this game was $3 I would tell you to buy it, but at $10 I feel like they are robbing people. I support indies of varying quality but sometimes there just isn't much to recommend. This is a cute game with decent execution but essentially no gameplay. The good news is I imagine we will see it on IndieGameStand soon where you can pay what you want for it. The two siblings who made this have talent and I hope their next game will rely on a stronger series of design documents.
