Question: What does planting lollipops due? Wondering if I should just go ahead and save up for the copper sword....

Seems to have some problem with some browsers, my firefox got only the "save" button displayed, while my portable iron displayed the "game" correctly.

Interesting concept at first, but gets a bit boring with the waiting.

Don't bother saving up for a copper sword. Plant lollies every time you have less than enough to buy a copper sword. Just keep spamming forest until you kill chests then have more than enough to buy the sword.

For the record, everybody, it takes 300 planted lollipops to generate 1 per second. The amount you get never goes above 100 per second, at least the amount the farm gives you.

It's possible to triple that by, after killing the necromancer, using the cauldron to craft (many many many because they rock) G.M.O.O.H. potions. Those will send you either to the forest, the sea which is empty, the desert which is empty, or the Cow Level, which has a metric fuckton of cows. They're all super easy to kill and each 1 drops 100 candy, with 30+ in a level making for very rapid farming. One of the cows is actually the cow king, though, and he's slightly more difficult to kill. When you kill him, he drops the horn of plenty which triples your lp generation.

Later on, I believe after you beat hell, you get the candy converter which changes candy 1:1 into lollipops.

You get to use insane amounts of them to upgrade your sword once it's magical, and increase candy generation rate. They are also used to create some different potions once you get the Cauldron.

Even 300/sec is way too slow

Also, Developper's Garden is hard.

If you plant 17,500 lollipops, you max out the gain rate at 100/second. You pretty much need this to use the sorceress's stuff.
