I've never seen a bone mace before, but one of the children in my fort just got possessed and made one. Is this useful at all? I suppose bone is probably too light to make a good blunt weapon. I'm debating over giving it to one of my soldiers or else just leaving it for adventurers to find later (this is on the fort I'm preparing for a new adventurer succession game).

It's probably most fit as a beating stick for your guards or in a weapon trap to torture captives with.
