Against - 307 It is irrelevant, as soon as a vote reaches Quorum it can be passed, so once over half the people accept the vote it is immediately passed anyways.

Continuation though, if anyone notices something reach quorum that I don't let me know in-thread or in-PM and I'll update it. Same if anything is off from the first post.

Proposal 310 - All future proposals shall be made with "Proposal" in bold. The mandatory proposal number shall be assigned by quinnir when he posts it in the first post, to prevent duplicates.

Proposal 311 - No propsal may be voted on until it has been assigned its number and posted in the "proposed rules" section of the first post.

Umm, I'm not sure. I know I've skipped a couple, like if one person proposed multiple things, but it's possible I messed up. The numbers also are often off if things were not numbered by people in their posts or what have you. Feel free to quote the post where it is if you'd like me to put it up/double check though.

The "only one proposal per two days per player" rule is still in effect :) Can you please pick one?

They are close enough that they could be legally worded into one rule, I'd think.

I'm in.

Are you editing the ruleset in the first post, or are you reposting the updated rulesets?

Everything is being kept in the first post, it's easier that way. Proposals are also being kept there.

Quorum remains at 6.

Added. (I fixed two minor typos, as well.) For 310.

Arguably my Prop. 309 isn't actually in session, but I'd say let it stand. :P I'd probably also like to see a rule that rewards players Money if a proposition of theirs passes, but of course I'm using my proposition to sustain 309.

301- For
302- I propose the amendment: Each time a Proposal reaches quorum, players are awarded 1 (one) Money for each vote of theirs which counts. Votes which were not changed or rescinded, and therefore affected the final tally of votes, are said to have counted.
303- Against
304- Against. My reasoning is that the current wording allows only one vote, but allows later rulings to change that.
305- Against. We should decide on something that allows only one arbiter at a time.
307- Against. Unnecessary in light of quorum rule.
308- For
309-For. Yeah, I can totally vote for myself. Not only is fun to penalize people, it makes the votes easier to tally. But mostly penalizing people is fun.
310- Against. Numbering proposals shouldn't be hard. If you get ninja'd, just do a find-replace on your post to change the number. I feel that requiring Quinnr to file proposals for a number adds unnecessary waiting.

Proposal 310 is about reducing the workload of the post-runner, and to prevent conflicting propositions, as well as to reduce overall confusion. It will make our glourious Democrocy more effecient, and it will help make sure all votes are fair, and free of confusion as to who's proposal 3xx you're voting for.
Make a vote for Democracy today, vote for Proposal 310.

EDIT:
Oh, and if no one has any objections, I'm making a small edit to 310 to make it actually valid (edit in italics):

Quote
All future proposals shall be made with "Proposal" in bold. The mandatory proposal number shall be assigned by quinnr when he posts it in the first post, to prevent duplicates. Furthermore, no proposal may be voted on until it has been assigned its number and posted in the "Proposals" section of the first post.

Without the minor edit, it technically is invalid unless he edits the first post as well  :P
