Is it just me, or is Ulm PD pretty tough? I miss the days of 0 PD in all these provinces. I should have had a scout in all of them.

   You should always have at least 1 PD in any province to help fend off random derpage. Then again one of my favorite early game tactics when I start a war is to bird drop as much of my enemies land as possible to see whats up though I have only had one good chance to start an early war so far.

Note I said early war. I took most of the land I have conquered so far in round 12 with birds.

Seriously I think by the time the war ends, one way or another, a good 1/3 of the adult male population of this continent will be dead. I spend their lives very cheaply.
No one can resist endless green broth and a few pounds of gold!
