"My lord!" shouted Childebert, running through the main hallway of the lab complex.
The one who called himself the Robber Baron reluctantly pulled himself away from his favorite tome. No doubt his priest wanted his advice on what color curtains to use in his temple.
"This better be good, follower." he grumbled as the red-faced priest burst into his study, carrying a bundle of scrolls.
"Quite...my lord...We have come onto a great amount of information of the world."
"From our spies, no doubt?" replied the would-be god.
"No my lord...the powers of those who play game of divinity has become known to all. Our mages say the information has become revealed through a twist in the engine of fate." Childebert collapsed onto one of the plush blue chairs, thoroughly exhausted.
The Robber Baron strode to the balcony. Beyond it lay the black, skull strewn wastelands of Decessus. Surprisingly, there were tribes who eked out an existence here before the armies of Ulm claimed the lands for their own. He contemplated the information that his disciple gave him while he watched the green skies clash with the violet energies of death.
"....Thanks doc." he whispered.

Hey I sent a nice little apology to you by PM when I attacked as is my standard procedure.  Anyway you only had like 4 provinces at the time and I'm desperate for expansion.  Several other players seem to have like 40+ provinces and I have half that.  (Grumbles about unfair starting locations while shaking fist).

Regardless I only plan to take your capital.  Should by extreme luck your other army manage to break away and forge a new little empire, I would leave you well enough alone.

You did, and frankly I don't blame you for what you've done. It's just kinda a raw deal. Still, good game and hopefully I can work a miracle and essentially restart.

There's like a 95% chance Palazzo wins this game, because those are just the odds in Vegas, so I wouldn't goad him into spending more time calculating and scheming. Palazzo, and MrHappyFace too, need to just sit back, relax, and stall their turns for a while.
