Crazy Wolf18th Galena
I was communing with the spirits about which of the lesser races to raid when they suddenly fell silent. Something was wrong, and it must be the invasion outside the walls. I had not even roused myself from my meditations for this: the humans may be stronger than the elves, but our warriors have bested them many times before. Unlike an Uruk, I need no glory. This time is different. I send a spirit to call the other shamans to meet me at the gate, and run there as fast as my weak legs will carry me.
I reach the gates in time to see the battle unfold. Navatar and Omega had led their troops to destroy a group of mounted riflemen, but they had overextended and were flanked by two groups of imperial hammer and maceguards. The maceguards had a clear path to the gate, and were charging to cut off the civilians from safety. But Sha'De saw this as well. He rallied two other reavers and charged the dozen macemen on their giant mounts, swinging his mighty chain axe. He must have known he stood no chance against that many humans on steeds taller than an orc, but he had to hold them off.
I immediately began rallied all of our men to the gate. The snaga, cowardly as always, refused to leave the palisade. So I sent them out along the top of the wall to handle a group of giant birds and hornets that were flying over to kill our civilians.
Why am I wearing all of this heavy armor? *gasp* I really need to find some lighter protection. I can only watch as Omega charges the macemen with the other Uruks and stabs one cleanly through it's brain. The storm of spears, swords, and arrows quickly tears the macemen apart, but we are too late to save the two reavers that fought alongside Sha'De. We also lost a spearman and a snaga.
The third group of humans retreats like the cowards that they are, but just then I hear news that troglodites have anbushed our cavern outpost. There can be no rest for our warriors: I send them down to slaughter the pitiful creatures.
Give my chainaxe and command of my Reavers to my daughter. Also, ONLY URUKS, RONIN AND OLOG IN MY SQUAD!
What is your daughter's name? There are only two reavers left, and I don't know whether she survived.
