Because I rather not waste a lot of space on this page I'm going to fit this into a spoiler.
Here's what I believe I did from memory:
1.) Setup Masterwork however you want it.
2.) Download the 0.44.10 Win64 Impatient Newbie Pack from google.
3.) Rename Dwarf Fortress in the Masterwork folder to Dwarf Fortress Backup.
4.) Add in Dwarf Fortress 0.44.10 from the Impatient Newb pack zip.
5.) Rename Dwarf Fortress 0.44.10 to Dwarf Fortress.
6.) Delete raws in Dwarf Fortress folder and replace them with copies of raws from backup folder.
7.) Replace all files in data except for interface.txt, index, both shader files, with the backup file copies.
8.) Overwrite dfhack.init and dfhack_PeridexisErrant.init with copies from backup.
9.) Copy in Masterwork.settings, extra_dfhack_init.init, stocksettings folder, from backup.
10.) Copy masterwork folder from backups hack/scripts to new ones hack/scripts.
11.) Make a folder called twbt and a folder called original in the plugins folder and copy
automaterial.plug.dll
mousequary.plug.dll
resume.plug.dll
twbt.plug.dll
into it from the new hack/plugins.
11.5.) Launch the masterwork launcher, and act normally; don't touch the saved keybinds since they lack the new inputs, you can probably overwrite the old keybinds files with the ones in the INP though.
42) Have fun, raid the world.
Pretty sure that's all you need to do unless I overlooked a step.
Ps: Not sure how stable this is, so I suggest keeping the backup folder and your saves incase you find something game-breaking; I managed to import my save from normal masterwork into it perfectly though so, seems fine from the 100+ hours or so I've been playing it near non-stop on the most recent version of DF, even the masterwork scripts are working with the latest version of DFHack it seems.
I'd just upload a zip of the MW I fixed up but I absolutely know that there would be about a dozen copyright problems with that, and I get enough of that already with my youtube.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
