Yeah, I thought about adding all those to the manual, but I didnt because its pictures... you know, make a screenshot of all the reactions the workshop has, then of all the reagents and productes needed... would be a lot less work then typing it out, but then again changing it would be a horror, and people cant find anything with ctrl+f, because its pics...

Mh... there are probably programs that can change the pic to a text though... :)

It can be done simply by parser from raws to some html code. The alt+A dont shows products, the other dont show how much items needed. I can try if it needed.

I find that Blocking bracers maded from stone or gem cant be stockpiled. I saw a rock and gem flag in the Metal section of Armor stockpile, but orcs simply ignore it. And items lies on the battle field.

Yeah, stone weapons don't really stockpile well.

This is probably a symptom of a bigger problem, as I don't know why stone or gem blocking bracers would exist.  Did elves bring them?  If so the root cause is probably the elven invaders lacking access to mithril (which before v3 was their only weapon grade material); the quick fix is to remove [SPECIAL] from mithril.  I don't know if that 'fix' breaks something badly in Dwarf mode, though.

Rock and gem "metal" are a work around to make rocktip arrows stockpile, and maybe other benefits.  The point is that they are a separate material, a metal named "rock".  It is not a category that includes granite, schist, etc. From your description I can't tell which kind of "rock" your invaders are bringing.

STARCLOAK_STONE_ORC

This one shows up in the inorganics, but not in any reaction... seemingly no one can learn the spell connected to it.

Cool, thanks.  I remember deciding i didn't want to make it a permanently learned spell, but I don't remember what I was going to actually do with it, if anything :)

There seems to be an issue with buying crates from the Farmers Market. When running the 'Buy crate of fungi logs for 1000s' reaction, you put in your silver coins and get nada in return.

Code: [Select]
[REACTION:BUY_WOOD_SHIPMENT]
[NAME:Buy crate of fungi logs for 1000s]
[BUILDING:CARAVAN_FARM_ORC:CUSTOM_W]
[REAGENT:coins:1000:COIN:NONE:INORGANIC:SILVER]
[PRODUCT:100:1:BAR:NONE:CREATURE_MAT:CRATE_WOOD_FUNGI]
[SKILL:POTTERY] #scribe

From perusing the masterwork reactions file, it seems as the product line should be:
[PRODUCT:100:1:BAR:NONE:CREATURE_MAT:FUNGI_WOOD_CRATE:SOAP]
to make the reaction function as intended.

Dont forget the [PRODUCT_DIMENSION:150], or you get 150 bars. ;)

Is it intentional that it requires diplomacy to build a tanners' shop as orcs?  :o I was wondering why a butcher wouldn't do it.

But I guess you have to be diplomatic to tan a hide, yeah?

Also, if you've got wooden furniture in the dining hall, you have some big issues anyways.
This is Dwarf Fortress, not the Fluffy Wambler Express.

The Wolfram Tower Shield reaction in the Damasc Forge produces a cloak instead of a tower shield. The cause is that the product of the reaction is ARMOR instead of SHIELD. I recall a similar problem a while back having to do with raiding.

No, it's not intentional, but it's a side effect of the new profession system that I can't do anything about.

Well, I managed to fix the "mill plants" that is done by the archeologist, so its really only this one singular build-labor that is wrong. That is a small price to pay from my point of view.

Yes I also think that the new system is worth it.

Well, I managed to fix the "mill plants" that is done by the archeologist.

Oh, awesome :D

Two issues with the succession fort using version 2h:

first, the sapper flamethrower upgrade won't run.  The dwarf collects the lye, oil, and cannon at the heavy weapons factory, but then just cancels the job and leaves them there.

second, the equipment-granted interactions don't seem to be working.  My druid has been carrying a dreamcatcher and an ivy-whip for quite awhile, but I have never seen him use those spells.  Is there a fix for this?
