Silentdeth: I dont have these errors. Please post tileset, modversion and race (which I assume is kobold) if you make a bugreport. I told you already, it sounds like a duplicate entry. But I need to know the tileset at the very least. My best bet is: DUPLICATE_PLANT:KOBOLD_BULB.

Good report. Double WET token causes no problem. How is your error-log looking? Any DUPLICATE somethings?

Do you have "More Plants" on?

Changes from defaults: Harder learning, farming, mining, smelting, smithing, smoke effects, and more food types are all OFF. All other settings are default.
Tileset is default(Matrix), color is default-. Yes kobolds.

Clay oven is still broken, only 3 reactions. You took away all of the vanilla reactions and did not give them back to the kobolds somewhere. No glazes, no pots, no jugs, no crafts and no statues.

Silentdeth: I fired up kobolds to test your plants. Its like I said, the kobold-bulb it double, you just delete it in plant_kobold.txt. You can also delete the "[CUSTOM_MILL:LOCAL_PLANT_MAT:MILL]", which cause an errorlog, but are otherwise harmless.

The removal of glazes and other clay items was intentional. I deleted all the vanilla reactions, I'll make my own set in future.

Kobold trader is offering "(Wool Stack (Separate Bones))"  ???

Edit: Still cannot request crates from dwarf traders.

No stockpile for clay sling bullets.

Make studs from bone, doesn't use bone stacks.

Engraving instead of runesmithing doesn't work well for kobolds, still hard to gain skill.

On the embark screen there are a couple blank listings on the seeds list. One is for 4 copper, one for 1. I suspect one of these is wood stalks since that's missing and is pretty important to Kobs.

Did shovels go away. I am seeing picks. (This is version H.)

Sorry, default tileset. (MATRIX)

This is the embark screen though, with the text listings of the seeds. Just occurred to me to try F12 to switch text mode. Nope, still blank lines.

I do have all the optional more plants stuff off.

Only things I see in error log pertaining to plants:

Thats the source, but I fixed that. I am 100% sure. Thats fixed in 3h and I think 3g as well.

That MAY be an old error log.

Let me reunpack H, clear the log, and regen the world and see if it persists.

Must have be a faulty install. I see all the seeds now, and shovels too.  And wood stalks are there.

Cannot open crates of feathers.

Shouldn't kobolds be able to make ironbone? Can't now.

Edit: Trap darts don't work, they just pass right through.

Pressing bloated tubers does not return seeds.

The training grounds, archery range, ect are far too large compared to library buildings, double so given the limited space kobolds have.

Can't put warpaint on bonerattle armor, nor metal armor.

Bombardier building has no reactions available, masterwork tileset, color default -. 

Can't open any crates at trader warren.

Drow loot from secret and super secret tunnels are identical, both producing a couple of weapons kobolds can't use.
