Meph, Digimite's bug has been happening to dwarves as well. A few of us have noticed the dwarf goes in, does the reaction, transforms into a training dwarf, then when its done, they transform back into a normal dwarf. This is after many other dwarves get trained into other guilds.

Thats something else, since your dwarf does transform, just reverts back. its not an autosyndrome problem, but a truetransform problem. It will affect specific castes only and I know how to fix it. :)

Found a bug with bloodlings. For some reason I can milk my male bloodling. But I cannot make milk out of the blood. (I can however use the blood as a cooking reagent, but not as a gift for armok).

What do I need to change to fix me not being able to make cheese out of the blood?

And well... being able to milk a male bloodling is also a bit strange. So that might also be changed.

Edit:
Strangely enough. The broodling seems to be defined twice in the raws. A copy paste error?
Edit2:
* Small 'bug' a blood cyclopes hammerman came in during a siege riding a giant mantis. The mantis flew up. and now the squad is stuck at the border of the map.
* A dwarf came on the map with a (-Bone journal-) stuck IN his ear. like clothing. Bit odd.
* Dwarfs drink medicine when thirsty. Makes it pretty hard to supply sick people with it.

Yo, found a cool bug after I declared war on the warlocks. About 5 seconds after the war declaration no less than 3 warlock thieves beamed on the map, together with their mephits. All cool and nice BUT the mephits attacked their own masters! checking the unit listings I found the mephits in my owned animals list, apparently they fight for me!

Hey the top part of my GUI is coming up blank when I start up Masterwork(the play and utilities column.) and the entire program crashes shortly afterwards. I've been downloading the latest version and tried re-downloading but still no success.

i think you need to update your .net,i had the same problem and that fixed it.

A brewing bug. One still reaction gave a generic "drinks" item. This one could be used in flasks and waterskins. No idea which one it was.

The wood stalk brewing also seems to be missing from the possible options.

i have the „dwarf cant join a guild“ problem at my current fortress and found whats causing it. Its a date problem. The status screen(ss) shows a different date than the announcement screen(as). From what my farmers do, the ss date seems to be the correct one. Also the Mountainhome Caravan arrived a month later.
The date on the ss says 22nd limestone 28 while the as date says 24th obsidian 28 ... 5 month ahead (have no idea why). When the as date should switch to 1st granite 29 it instead switches back to 1st granite 28. Now its 7 month behind the ss date and joining a guild no longer works. When ss date switches to 1st granite 29 the as date also switches to year 29 and is again 5 month ahead and joining a guild works again. At least until sandstone on the ss I guess. Any ideas how to get them back sync?

This is a bug caused by the gnome time travel script, which should be fixed in 4j, the current version.

Cannot add pets during Embark on the current release. It works appropriately on the gold prerelease, however, so I guess that's moot.

However, plump helmets and plump helmet spawns do not show up in Embark lists on either the release or the prerelease.

Edit: First time Embarking, cave wheat was a viable option when Embarking. This tenth time, cave wheat does not show up, again.

Edit2: Crashes when I try to zoom in, either via the keyboard or with my mouse wheel.

Pets always work, except if you disabled them in the gui.

Plants are dependant of specific biomes. Dry caverns = no plump helmets, just like vanilla df.

Rendermax crashes when you zoom in/out, as stated in the manual. no way around it.

Pets are enabled in the GUI, I'm 99% sure I'm in the right biome but I can't doublecheck, and Rendermax is disabled.

Redownloaded in case Chrome ate a bit of the .rar (which, infuriatingly, happens sometimes with large files) and am generating a new world.

Also, preset Embark profiles don't add pets automatically. Skimmed the manual to see if that's been addressed (I'm sure it has somewhere). And in the case of the cave wheat, I was embarking on the same tile each time.
