Proposal H: Rebuild all destroyed/damaged factories (if not done so already).

Proposal I: Build new complexes and relocate the captured equipment currently producing 50mm, 75mm and 100mm Capian guns to our homeland. we dont want to lose the capability if we get pushed back.

Proposal J: Ask the government to build any new industrial complexes underground, and/or as heavily armoured bomb-proof complexes. (similar to certain German industrial complexes during WW2. Bomb proof. had to be destroyed by commandos using explosives).

I propose we don't do that. Underground/ bunker complexes are very, very expensive.

And well, they can develop shockwave explosives.

11.1)I counter-propose we DON'T develop electrical torpedoes and instead create a long-range compressed-oxygen wet-burner propulsion torpedo(electric torpedoes were historically short-ranged, slow, and unreliable, which tended to counteract their stealth advantage)

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

11.1.1 Subproposal - ensure that torpedoes are compatible with existing torpedo tubes, consider using aluminum alloys

No.

We're equipping the thing with double length torpedo tubes for a reason. Namely, larger explosives, longer range, higher speed. No sense in equipping a submarine this larger with way to small torpedoes. It'll never get the range needed to evade detection.

The first oxygen wet burners were fairly short-ranged, inaccurate, unreliable and prone to exploding when they didn't need to. And much more expensive than electrical torpedoes. Besides, we got batteries already, and well, they only form a small part of the armament. The majority can be filled up with more conventional devices, or wet burners, if you want too.

Eh, I like oxygen torpedoes better than electric torpedoes. Whichever one happens is fine

This turn's proposals by me:
K) Design and begin using artillery shells and AA gun shells with proximity fuses. Basically everything it fits in.
Not sure if that's design or production vote... I'm going with production right now because the fuse is designed already.

15) Design a naval patrol aircraft. Probably four-engined, with load changeable between depth-charges, torpedoes and bombs. High operational ceiling and take care about range - ideally up to the enemy mainland

We need something against their fleets.

16, Design an external fuel tank for the lightning and zephyr to be carried beneath the main body of the planes, it should carry enough fuel for a 1 way trip to Morovia and be simple to drop mid flight.

(( We have no long range fighters so until we do we need to get the fighters we've got out for it, an external fuel tank will allow them to remain full on fuel until they reach the enemy then drop it before they engage so they don't run dry. ))

A1.1)Continue development with the following slight changes to armament: replace the single 320mm gun turrets with one twin 240mm turret forward and a single 240mm turret aft(using the Cod C for both turrets), and if designed this turn replace the 160mms with two twin 120mm turrets(not sure if it's a subproposal or counterproposal, hoping for the former)

Proposal 17

I propose a new infantry rile a 30.6 rifle with 12 shot magazine chamber within the rifle. Along with being compatible with stripper clips  being designed with the gun. Also name the rifle Riley repeater

Proposal 18, Again attempt to upgrade the assault rifle, focussing on accuracy, velocity and ROF in that order.

18.1 Same as 18, but focus on reliability, low weight and magazine size instead.
+ experiment with all rounds we have, including captured ones trying to get the most effective round for the task. Changing caliber alone may improve the rifle
+ study whatever captured firearms for the experience

K :Petition government to find Capian engineers and persuade them to work on us, build a special, well guarded prison for them

K.1s: Instead of a prison, make it an open compound with privacy and independence permitted. There should be twice-daily roll-calls, all external communication should be monitored, leaving the site will require an escort, and it should be protected from external attack. The guards should be encouraged to fraternise with the prisoners and there should be some interaction between our own engineers and theirs. We should make an effort to show them the benefits of everyone working for the betterment of all!

L: Let's start propaganda efforts:
- Moldavia is firebombing our civilians. Send shocking pictures to worldwide press, local press and whatever warcrime offices we can find.
- Try to smuggle pro us propaganda in among the Moldavian people. Internal revolts are fun
- Persuade the Capian president to surrender his country and army.
- Pro us propaganda in Capia too

Before voting begins, an updated list would be nice
