16) Design a proximity detonation system, for use in bombs and (if possible) artillery / AA shells.
Suggested parameters: Max. detection 5-10m, accuracy about a meter, to be set either before firing or in the factory.
A proximity fuse in bombs and shells significantly enhances the lethality against dug-in ground troops and in shells against aircraft.

Voting for I and propose I.1: Add HVS-14 factory to that, to ensure that that there are no shortage for new fighters. Surplus will go to infantry.

Q. cease gilder production, we have no enough aircrafts to tow them after airship carrier project got no support. Use freed power for R or I production proposals

R  If new transport aircraft is voted, retool one of the 2 zephyr factories to it

2.1, same as 2, but cheaper 5 engined aircraft with 1 nose high power engine and 4 older zephyr engines on wings. Mostly wooden fuselage.  Try to reuse as many parts from zephyrs as possible to make retooling easier. Also try to boost older engines a bit

((Doublepost for clarity))

Chosing Compact and Precise as Radar traits, and high velocity as the AA gun trait.

17. Continue the airship project. Like good polit bureaus, we keep meddling with the traits, meaning that the final design should be capable of carrying either a few planes/gliders, or a few bombs and maybe machine gun mounts, or a radar installation*.

18. Design the Hunter submarine, modified on our previous design. The torpedo tubes should be lengthened to be twice their original length, in order to allow the useage of electric torpedos. Enlarged versions of current torpedos are also on board. The hull should be modified for this, so take that advantage to fix the flaw. Addition of hydrophone allows our submarine to find enemies from under water, while a snort (submarine snorkel) allows the submarine to take in air and use the diesel engines while remaining submerged. Tonnage will be freed by the removal of the deck gun, and a reducing the electrical engines to 2, as well as cutting battery reserves. Also ensure that this submarine has a greater depth allowance than previous models. Optimally, it should be capable of dropping to the bottom or below the thermocline, or at least below the depth of the enemy ships. Add a basic chemical lifesupport system.

*A radar installation that high up will allow it to function pretty well. Accuracy increase, range increase, mobility,... Only problem is an expected increase in maintenance.

So, I did make me the work to count the votes and industrial designs and votes. You'll find it in the back. The agreed upon are bolded. Anyway, I'm voting for:
I vote for: 2, 19 the Truck, 10.
This leaves me one vote where I'm currently thinking about either the airship or the RPG/Assault rifle. For my reasons:
2) Logistics is important. A large plane allows us easier logistics, paratroopers and experience for later bombers.
3) Logistics is important.
10) We need something as ground support. The new fighter can't fill that role, and the Wolverines are too old.

Industrial votes: A, E, F, G, H, I, K, L
A) We need to protect our people, if only for a political victory and to bleed the enemy out.
E) Armor. The K-1 is only available in limited numbers, and we need more. The Hammer should also be able to support those advances.
F) Logistics.
G) Logistics.
H) Coordination will be easier, for example with a new ground attack plane.
I) We need those fighters. Air superiority is huge.
K) Investment in the future.
L) Investment in the future.

Edit: removed code tag.
Edit: Changed the ex-proposal 3 to 19.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.
