My subpropasals

Vote for 6 subproosal 6.1 Do try to design a new automatic rifle but use 6mm round as the one used by Morovian army, such round should make much lighter weapon. important feature for an automatic one and would fill slightly different role to SVA-10s. Incorporate experience from SVA-10, captured carabines and unsuccessful SMG

Vote for 5 and supproposal 5.1 Send our electronics engineer and try to design nice bombing sights for it

Vote for 3 and Subproposal 3.1 Limit that only to newly produced units no refiting of existing. Also exclude Righteous boats, they are fine petrol based (
Petrol engine offers better acceleration and we need no fuel efficiency for short ranged boats. Also, when our current biplane factory stop building biplanes, first generation  aviation engines will still go to torpedo boats
Refiting requires too much effort that should be put into production of new stuff

Vote for 24

why not make a shorter 8mm round?

Have some people working on creating lightweight, fairly long range gliders. Supply hooks and ropes, so that they can be towed/ dropped from airships

Attempt to directional explosives/warheads for use against armored structures, vehicles, and the like

11, Begin designing a suppressor for assault rifles, submachineguns, sniper rifles and pistols.
12, Begin designing flash grenades and stun grenades.

Production.
A.1, Put all our production into new mono fighters, half carrying bombs and half with only guns\K-1s, heavy APCs. Shipyards and the like can wait.
C, Suggest special forces be expanded to 1000 men minamum recruiting from veterans.
13, Design bulletproof vests and helmets in night camo colors. Priority to good protection without restricting movement.
14, Design an infantry portable anti armor weapon, light weight with a reasonably high yield explosive tipped rocket.

21.2: I counter Propose that we should send 100 of our workers to the docks to build Alexi 1337 class vessels.

+1 to all of these.

I vote for: 8 (shaped charges), 9 (Pop devotion rework), 15 (Small-Arms), 17.1 (Monoplane plus name) and introduce a modification to 21.1, producing monoplanes: Simply produce them, without tooling for production/bombs: You do know that you can just leave the bombs at home, do you?
The above should be pretty unflashy proposals helping us most. As I've said, pretty much against investing half of our engineering potential on projects that are too early that even if they do work would only help a fraction of our army.
Additionally, my own proposals:
Proposal 25: Design a smaller rocket of about ten kg to be fired from planes, and mounted on our standard bomb mount in bulk Should pierce that sub hull and tank hull both nicely. Concentrate on a stable flight path and accuracy.
Proposal 26: Design a radar. ideally, use the electronic specialists we've got. That helps to find both planes and undived subs - and a sub that can't come to the surface is basically dead.
The below should represent the current vote count, unless I misread something.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

A election system of <fixed number> of votes required for acceptance is bound to go haywire as more participants show up. A preferential system is very effective, but inefficient and probably wouldn't save much time. I would suggest that the G.M. should set the number of required votes each year according to their whims...
Vote 3.1(but keep my vote for 3 too, I like both, and I am guessing that 3.1 is intended as a counter-proposal...)
Vote 5.1Electronic sights sound like fun.
Vote 24 and 26I don't know how to get a R.A.D.A.R. onto an airborne airship, but it should be fun finding out!

From last turn:
4 supporting
16: Build a military academy for experienced soldiers to refine our tactics and teach recruits. For now it shall be a horrible mess of naval, aeronautical, infantry, and vehicular training for everyone from grunts to office staff.

105 novice workers assigned to this task, and complete it.

This facility will eventually provide more capable commanders and improve cross-disciplinary cooperation among forces and.

And I have updated last years designs into the first post... if I have anything lacking a name that someone put forwards, or misnamed, let me know.

reviewing posts since the last tech update now.

Well, you didn't name the bombers the Wolverine in the tech list, and I did put forward the name of YR-1 Zephyr for the monoplane. Also, I did put foward the name Cricket for the armored car

I actually suggested the SVA-RX. We could compromise and call it the SVA-RX Punisher

Works for me, if I'm lucky and 1 or both of my projects is completed this turn I'm going to begin work on either the SMG or an AP or AT mine next turn.

Nadaka is the war plan to go on the end of this turn? Or is it for next turn after the years production and development?
Also, does the completion of the K-1 give us a prototype of it?
A bit late, but oh well.

The war plan is for for when it happens, this upcoming turn or a turn in the future. I'll know after finishing the review of proposals. Most likely the time frame is 1 to 2 years after the current update.

Yes, there would be a functional K-1 prototype.
