(( Meh it's mostly a just in case thing, I'll drop what I don't need before going into a fight. ))
I see. Just making sure you know whats up. Can't have me dropping that particular information on you in the middle of a fight you know? :)

(( Well odds are I'll go out just past the airlock, use the rocket then drop it back inside rather then reload and take the 2 guns into the fight along with my 2 swords. ))

What swords? You only have the Sensor Package, like I told you before.

(( Oh in the message you sent you said I'd have to upgrade for the guns but you didn't mention the swords so I figured I had them, no matter thats what the shotgun is for. ))

Flying Dice
You drop by the medical suite and find it entirely empty aside from three automated bunks for treating the wounded. Luckily they're in good shape, and they've even got surgical capability and have access to stores of drugs which they can administer.

Zanzetkuken The Great
You grab some rations and start eating flash dried beef. It is wholly unappetising, and you're not even hungry, but at least its something to do. You finish the rations and throw away the packaging, then head to the crew quarters to bed down. Thats when you remember, this ship is a day-rig, only meant to go on short trips not far from a space station. It has no crew quarters, and it has no bunks. You find the menials have already set up a long row of cots in cargo two, which is mostly empty. You pick an empty spot next to other snoring men on their off-shift and lie down, and exhaustion prevents you from even bothering with taking off your suit. Your aching body is too tired to care about the cold metal pressing against it, and you doze off instantly into a sound sleep.

Engineers
We've got the forward gun mounts fixed right up boss. [-15 supplies; forward guns repaired - +5 Hull, +2 Armor, +1 Superstructure] Want us to get to work on the rest?

Look. Just tell me where you want to go. The spacestation (stores, maybe jobs, plenty of trouble)? A nebulae (where the fishies live, sometimes pirates)? Another System? Anywhere really. If you want the guns fixed and mounted first I'll do that instantly and then we'll head off to wherever you want.

(I suppose we should just go to the nebula and kill some fish.)

Also, my slug SMG appears to have vanished from my inventory.))

[4] The engineers spend a few hours repairing the mounts and getting the weapons integrated, then make their way back into the safety of the ship. [-20 Supplies; +2 Superstructure, +6 Hull, +8 Armor] Weiss and his partner Johann at the sensor station work together to plot a course for the nearest nebula, a low-density formation thats little more than a light year in length. The drive warms and the thrusters flare to life, sending the ship rocketing towards its new destination.

The ship glides silently through space, passing through the warm light emanating from the stars within the nebulae. You spot a few promising gas clouds nearby, as well as a few other notable landmarks, and Johann runs a full battery on each one.

H-1: Gas Cloud - Numerous life signs detected, low thermal footprint
H-2: Gas Cloud - ERROR: SCAN INCOMPLETE
H-3: Gas Cloud - Numerous life signs detected, moderate thermal footprint, multiple types of radiation detected
M-1: Yellow Star - Traces of life detected, massive radiation output, absence of shielding on the freighter precludes normal exploration, recommend sending interceptor
L-1: ERROR - Unidentified debris, object profile not listed in databanks, traces of ERROR detected, as well as ERROR

Shit.. The sensors are worse off than we thought.. We'll have to replace them entirely, and the AI could use an overhaul it seems. Anyways, which one should we hit first?

" I suggest H1 guy's, we need quick money with low risk to get to work on repairs and overhauls. "

Grab 3 deckmen and have them go get battlerifles then join me when we reach the system.

"I will agree H1 is safe but think of what could be floating around L1! But we can save that for when we can get a good scan. I think we should go with H1 as well."

H1 sounds safe. Everything else could potentially indicate pirates, and we don't want to be chased back to safe harbor without any catch.
