In an alternate universe, five different ships venture open space in an attempt to stop a rebel fleet, who aim to destroy the Galactic Federation! Control your ship and venture from sector to sector, in nebulae and enemy territory, creating allies and creating enemies, all to stop the evil rebels.

Yep, a RTD based on the game Faster Than Light, a space-themed rogue-like dungeon-crawler thingy-majigggy™!

I'll try to update this every day or two. Bear with me.

You must know the mechanics of both RTD and FTL VERY well!

I supply power to everything but my medbay and jump to the next warp spot.

Even though above I stated this is about stopping the rebel fleet, you can play as either side. If you'd like to play as a pirate, go ahead. You can choose your gameplay style (to whatever the dice decides.)

I will boot anyone from the game that is AFK for over 3-5 days, and will try to kill off a player every 5-21 days, depending on demand for entry.

I cannot explain how happy this makes me. I think I'll try to use my favorite strategy from the game. (ion + drone or beam)

First turn action: try to get my hands on a halberd beam if I'm in a spaceport. If I'm adrift in space, move towards a nearby beacon, preferably a shop.

Vent the six rooms at the back of the ship(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), keep the doors to the weapons room locked.
Vent the four rooms in the middle of the ship(8, 9, 10, 11) separating the weapons room from the shields and med bay, once everyone has taken their stations.
Remove power from medbay(13) since it isn't useful right now.

Look at map to see if there are any beacons nearby.

Well it's more I like this kind of game but never played FTL other then 2- other RTD versions.
So was waiting to see other peoples sheets before I work one out.

((Well, I don't think you can even tell which beacons even HAVE ships yet. You're better off just FTL-Warping to the nearest Shop or Distress-Signal Beacon in range.))
