Not really.

Given that it is actually more efficient to beat levels with the worst tools (Hammer for example is superior to the bone saw) it means that the game really has one joke.

Well two jokes...

The first joke is that you can use the worst tools

The second joke is that the organs really don't matter.

I'd suggest asking in the actual thread, but since I'm here...

Not enough replay to be worth $10, really. I've finished all the surgeries and probably won't bother going for A+ in all of them, but I expect I'll come back to it as a coffee-break game quite often. If it goes 66% or 75% off (and it probably will sometime during the summer) I'd definitely recommend picking it up though. It's quite fun but not deep enough for $10.

Luckily it's trying to get on steam via greenlight so if it does get on there it will no doubt be on sale for a tenth of it's original price at some point for about fifteen seconds.
