Look at the way she walks. Upright, hands behind her back, serene confidence on her face. Hair's different too, done differently. Couldn't have done that from where she is now. Clothes are different than her last scene. Was she ever that smooth with people regarding money and such? She reacted really weirdly to seeing the Waif's face too - she immediately goes from 'oh no I got stabbins' to getting out of waify's hold and ninja flipping into the river.

also the waif made her death personal by stabbing her in the gut (disobeying Sexy Jesus' order to make it painless) and showing her face to Arya after stabbing her. That's not the actions of no one, that's the actions of someone. Also no way Arya would've survived that, she's tough but she's also 11. This was a test by Sexy Jesus to see if the Waif was really as faceless as she said. She failed and now she's gonna get krumped
