I've just realized something horrifying in my predictions of secret Targaeryans; I was wrong. Tyrion was not the secret Targaeryan, it was Joffrey all along.

Darkness lay over the world and a hero was chosen to fight against it. Joffrey is Asshole Ahai, the Prince that was promised. Azor Ahai laboured for fifty days and fifty nights to make a sword, even better than the first and he tempers it in a lion's heart - no different from when Joffrey tempered his own sword in the belly of a pregnant cat. What an asshole. When Joffrey receives his final sword - the third sword of Asshole Ahai which in the original myth is the sword that widows Azor Ahai, what does Joffrey name the sword?

Joffrey is an absolute dick yet Asshole Ahai very nearly got the champion of the darkness Bran murdered via Valyrian dagger and deranged peasant. COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!
In the Prince that was promised prophesy, the Prince requires sword and armour and seems that he must be a warrior. Joffrey matches this perfectly; always needing sword and armour and always falling short of being an actual warrior despite seemingly needing to be one to be King. Joffrey reigns when the red star bleeds and darkness gathers, and is reborn at Blackwater in salt and smoke.
He is also an inbred madman. Targaeryan all over him.

Tl;dr, Tyrells and Satanbeard > Asshole Ahai
