It's kind of implied. IIRC in "A Storm of Swords", when the mutineers kill Craster and Commander Mormont, one of the older women in the keep says as much. It's never actually displayed, which IMO makes it more effective than the TV series version

“The boy’s brothers,” said the old woman on the left. “Craster’s sons. The white cold’s rising out there, crow. I can feel it in my bones. These poor old bones don’t lie. They’ll be here soon, the sons.”

(goes without saying, it's also heavily implied that the *Others* kill the mutineers, rather than Bolton infiltrators, Night Watchmen or their Warg wolves)

Anyway, just watched the episode. Is it just me, or was that episode a bit less awesome that usual? Not really sure why.
It was good seeing more Arya and Hound though, of course. I'm not really sure who my favourite character(s) is/are at the moment, but it's probably them.

And yeah, Lysa Arryn is creepy as all hells.
One niggle that stands out with the episode...

 the Night Watch's attack on Craster's Keep. Why did they bother pretending that they were going to be stealthy and take them by surprise, when they ended up just charging in? Pfft. Also I was sad to see Locke go, even if he was a nasty piece of work. He was entertaining.

Lysa Arryn creeps me out more than Ramsay and Littlefinger put together.

The Vale is just one big pot of crazy.

So after being thoroughly creeped out by Littlefinger last week, I come to realize his creepy uncle vibe is chickenshit compared to Lysa's big bag of crazy. 

Also:  Look right.  Look left.  WOLF TO THE FACE!!

That part really made me laugh.
