From the books, the intro is supposed to be the map of the world build by Aegon the conqueror, which lies in Dragonstone. Stannis knows where everyone lives.

My theory on Dragonstone and some prophecies

Melissandre will forsake Stannis and/or he will be stuck beyond the wall and/or Melissandre will turn to the Great Other for some reason. He will befriend a she-other as his new pet witch (just like the first King in the Wall)/Melissandre will become a she-other. He will become a sort of anti-Azor-Azhai, the she-other will raise the stone dragon for him.

My prophecy is... GRRM has a heart attack before even halfway through writing the next book. You shouldn't be planning on a next instalment. He takes six years each time, and he looks like one foot in the grave already.

Supposedly. All likelihood says Loras is not in fact Darth Vader'd, and has instead found something on Dragonstone. Something either Stannis left behind, couldn't bring or never knew was there.

Melisandre would never forsake Stannis, she firmly believes Stannis to be the hero.

In all sadness, it's much more likely that Stannis is the Great Other and Jon Snow is the prophesied Hero [though I personally still support the theory of three Targy heroes]

I think the magisters/grand conspirators are ore likely to come out of the woods. After all, they themselves don't know which records are which. It might all be one, or many times, or this is just one but different things go back much further. The absence of the summer islanders (whose blood is now in the game, if i know the sphinx) has been bugging me, and the shadow-lands keep popping up. I wonder if it's on both edges f the world?

Yes, one of Theon's uncles is raiding shit there. Brandon 'the Shipwright' Stark led a fleet there, but never returned, which made his son and successor burn all the remaining ships in his grief, hence the North not having a fleet.

Now I think about it, the Greyjoydude might actually be raiding in the east, which makes it a lot less certain that there's actually anything in the west.
