Hi,

first of all Im no noob to the game I have been playing for some time but never had this problem:

The dwarves do not fill the Stone stockpiles - if I order a job to done in the mason workshop the get stones and make the item ordered, but they wont touch any stone to be hauled to stockpiles. every other stockpile works fine.

Has anybody else had this problem? Does anybody how to get them to Stockpile stock properly?

If the stockpile is set to use wheelbarrows but you don't have any wheelbarrows available no hauling jobs can be generated. Build at least one wheelbarrow and it will be filled.

Wheelbarrows are available - and are transported to the stockpiles properly. They are also taken away from the stockpile once i set the wheelbarrow count to 0, but no stones are transported no matter what...

you probably toggled the Dwarves Stockpile Stone standing order

Glad you have your problem sorted out. I encountered a similar problem today with a different cause which I'm going to post here so others can find it. With a single-tile stone stockpile that I was using to feed a minecart hauling route, it never generated any hauling jobs. Replacing it by a multi-tile stockpile worked. I assume once the stockpile had a wheelbarrow, it didn't count as having any unfilled tiles.
