Is there a skill or ability modifier for healing? Medicine, got it. Can I swap one of my three in parkour and six in unarmed for two medicine? On a totally unrelated note, is a roll of bandages something I'd need noted in my gear? I believe the OP said anything you're bringing into the arena.

You only need to spare a couple skill points for the 2 in Medicine. Just decide where it's coming from and you're changed.

It's not standard, so if you're bringing it mention it.

Yes, I'm bringing a roll of bandages, and raising medicine to two by lowering parkour to two and unarmed to five.

Appearance: Elfin, blond hair, funny ears, has an earpiece that can tune in to the radio or give him heightened hearing.
Bio: In Moby's family, you either teach English Lit. or Brawl. Moby hated English Lit. even though he's named after Moby Dick, so he is going to teach Brawl, but he needs to play first.

Scout, unless no one else takes the Outrider

Being unfamiliar with Shadowrun and RtD (this is my first game). Do our ability scores modify our skills in any way? If so, which are associated? If not, what do they do? Also, what is an overshot as mentioned in the OP?

what is an overshot as mentioned in the OP?
In RTDs rollin a 1-2 is a failure, 3 is a partial success, 4-5 are success, and 6 is a success so over the top it hurts, or an overshot.

Ex. Opening a door
(1) You headbut the door hurting your head
(2) You fail to open the door
(3) you partially open the door but there is something blocking it from opening completley
(4) you open the door
(5) You open the door knocking out someone who was about to attack you on the other side
(6) you burst through the door, wooden slivers hurt everyone in the room including you. Classic overshot.

Brawler Mouse: While Abilities don't affect skills in Shadowrun, and they don't directly do so here, most (say) shooting rolls will use modifiers from both Dexterity and the appropriate Gun Skill.

And we have plenty of space. We don't have any Heavies or Bangers, but we do have a Blaster, an Outrider, and a Medic.

This looks like fun. I don't know anything about Shadowrun but I'd like to join anyway. Got room for a Banger?

Here's the character sheet, mostly melee combat oriented. He'll probably be useful for attack and defense and for being a tank. Especially in the late game, when guns start running out of ammo.
