True. You know what? I'll run the Big Guys' turn right now to give you a bit more room.

Edit: And done. Honestly this battle is it pretty much introduce your NPC allies+setting, get you a bit of EXP so you have a chance of surviving the next one, and do a bit of foreshadowing. And also for me to get a feel on how powerful stuff is so I don't make things to stupidly hard later on.

OK.  With the present positions, if Ramena or Ash moves up to (5,3) or (5,4), we'll block off Ban4 from flanking - the former gives him a choice of targets (Ash or whomever moves up), but the latter forces him to attack whomever is in the front line at the cost of sticking him with terrain penalties.  If Ramena decides to move, I think my optimum move is to (6,2) to cover both crossings.

Emral, I did not realize we had so many female characters. >.> Mind if I R63 Rachel? All I would have to do is make a new picture, change the first name, and edit some pronouns in her character sheet.

Hey, in this case it's more beneficial since we don't have to deal with those bandits. Now, form up on the bridge so that they have to deal with three of us if they want to cross it.

Pppffahahaha. I didn't pay attention to the gender ratio at all when I made my sheet, I only considered my potential character gender ratio in FEF :P
