Well I need money to get started.  I may try to switch it to primary.

Also, isn't tech as your primary banned in Draco?  Pretty sure it is, I already got yelled at for that.
It was last time I played there, not sure if that part of the gentleman's agreement is still in effect. Think it is?

It still is, although there's quite the controversy around it right now. About Covert Ops, as far as I know if you want to maximize it you'll need buttloads of cash, but I've never tried it. By the way, Puzzlemaker, check your embassy.

Not that money buttloads, a decent secondary sphere should do it

However, you need fortesses on either a hidden world or a lot of different worlds as HQ destruction is your Achilles heel as covert

Welcome, welcome!

As for anyone interested in playing we have a guild that you're welcome to join provided you have Mercantile as one of your spheres. It is headed by a veteran player.

Stupid Draco taking all the players. Baade should invade! Well, we would if we were not already rulers of all the galaxies, and invading ourself seems rather silly (I know it's true because the senate said so! You wouldn't dare suggest the senate is lying would you citizen? That would be treason, and we all know what happens to traitors.)

Aforementioned veteran player reporting in. We're now drafting the constitution of the Guild of Merchant Houses, so if you join you'll have a say in it! We could possibly accept non mercantile houses in the future, too.

[shuts small metal sliding viewport into Baade]

Hee hee, yeah we need more merchants.  Also, being a greedy corporation online is fun.

Is it possible to spread plague?

Yes, but you may find that powerful factions will actively work against you to prevent a pandemic.

And how is it possible to do that?
Can I spread it with covert ops?

Cannot spread it with covert ops. Plague spreads along active transportation routes and mercantile importing/exporting from the infected planet to the planets on the other side of the link. And the only thing plague does is kill dynasts. So yeah. Run a passenger line between the plague planet and your enemy's homeworld?

It happens through trade and passenger routes. This is exactly what is happening in Draco: Plague broke out in a planet, a few weeks later to another planet and now that we've quarantined the first two, another one has suffered an outbreak. We're trying to contorl a pandemic, since they are quite dangerous.
