Her profile says that she's on GMT, which is confirmed by the fact that she's in England.

"Now that i think about it why is it that i shudn't be worried about your future children from eating my comrades like some spider?"

STRONG JUDGEMENT HERE!

If it's good we'll put them outside our walls and if no we'll need to get a torch party started for safety reasons...

With that buisness done check on our snipers, sentries, and medics.

We'll also need to write down all those names for notes to our scientist.

You remember that you forgot certain things regarding the Slinkar in this system, as well as they eggs Kaleetra has laid. You walk back and initiate conversation again.

"Kaleetra, those eggs aren't going to hatch any time soon, are they?"

"Hmm? Oh, no they aren't fertilised, so they shouldn't hatch at all for any reason." She answers, surprisingly cheerfully.

We should remind her that if those eggs hatch were opening fire for security reasons.

"If they do hatch, we will open for. For security reasons"

"Understandable. We, as in, the Slinkar, would do the same in your position."

While at it ask her how many more..."surprises" are going to happen?

Ask her why this planet is important to the Slinkarr Federation? is it a homeworld or just a glorified front line against the Moorey?

"No more little surprises are going to happen? You aren't suddenly going to sprout wings, or anything else regarding Slinkar anatomy?"

Kaleetra chuckles. "No. There is nothing more to know at the moment. Nothing you need to worry about."

"Anyway. Could you tell me why this planet or system is so important to the Slinkar Federation? You seem to have been fighting here for quite a while."

"This system is not itself important to our nation, however the Morey will have to go through this system to get to a series of industrial and agricultural systems from which we get a lot of our materials and food-essence. We have to hold the Morey here to stop the Morey besieging important systems. We do have one other, though which we could fall back to and still be able to protect our important systems, but this one is more suitable." She sighs.

"This system used to belong solely to the Morey, anyway. We can't really see why they think so highly of it. Whilst it does have a lot of resources, it pales in comparison to most of the Morey Matriarchy. In the eyes of the Morey, this system should be a junk system.

The amount of manpower, equipment and resources the Morey have expended here is massive, far more than the system should be worth to them."

take Kaleetra's request, but bury them where a guard might keep convenient watch over them, it pays to be careful

Somewhere in the Forest. We should remind her that if those eggs hatch were opening fire for security reasons.

+1, also lets try to clear out a perimeter of forest so there is minimal cover and full visibility for a decent distance.

You break conversation with Kaleetra, temporarily, telling her you are just going to see about getting someone to do something with her eggs.

You use your battle net to tell the Combat Engineers to bury the eggs in the forest, but somewhere that is still fairly visible to the snipers and scouts on the walls.

Unfortunately, your engineers cannot find any decent areas that fit that description. They dont give up though and search some more and eventually find a fantastic place to bury them. The operation was quick and efficient, with the eggs been buried ramarkably fast, given the size of the hole needed.

You then tell the Engineers to clear a decent area around the facility to give the scouts and Snipers on the walls a good sight line. They do so, also extremely quickly.

However, they find three Vanguard scout teams hiding and observing the facility. The Vanguard teams, each three men each, fall back as soon as they are discovered. The engineers do not pursue, instead opting to finish their task. The Engineers make one last sweep for Vanguard troops,a s do the Scouts and Snipers. They do not find anything.

Bury with a remote controlled bomb.

You think about possibly burying the eggs with a remote controlled bomb. You then remember that you do not have any explosives of that type left and besides, blowing up the eggs might alienate your new friend, Kaleetra.

*****

in a quiet place when you will not be needed at that moment, practice your English some more, and once you have mastered it ask Kaleetra to teach you her tongue. to soften her up some more, in another empty moment as soon as possible tell the prisoner what you remember of home and ask her to tell you the same and later ask Ari to also try to remember. Ask talli again for the previously mentioned backup plan

-We have the upper hand as is in the communications aspect. An i doubt we can communicate with them besides "hello". I agree with English somewhere safe though.

-On top of "remembering home" show her the Presidentess "gift". After buisness is done take our leave..reminding her again of no more "surprises".

You decide that, before you go back to talk with Kaleetra more, you should try to regain some more of your English capabilities.

After a few minutes of failing, you finally have a breakthrough. You can now speak in sentences, even complex ones! You could hold a conversation now, although your vocal chords would still give you trouble by hurting every time you talked. It is going tot ake some time for your vocal chords to attune to speaking English.

That done, you go back to Kaleetra.

"I was wondering, Kaleetra, if it would be possible for me yo learn your language?"

"That is very unlikely. Our language is very....different....to the Morey or even Human languages. In face to face conversations it is also supplemented by minor telepathy, something which humans are not universally capable of, at the moment, at least. Sorry. Our language is interesting, i think you might have enjoyed learning it."

"Oh. Never mind then" You say, giving her a smile to show you aren't too put out.

Briefly, you try to contact Talli again with the aforementioned objectives, (Dice roll:1) however, it is still unavailable to you. You will most definitely have to make sure to ask Talli what the hell it was doing that took so damn long. Talli has been busy and uncontactable the entire day! You and talli are going to have to have words......

After reminding Kaleetra that there should be no more surprises, you take your leave and head to your bunk. Its been a long day, and those Vanguard scouts you were told about show that you are at the very least under observation from at least one of your enemies.

After a rather uneventful sleep, you wake up to a new day.

Ala-Shar once said that you were gifted with some sort of psionic powers. let us see if you can make use of them, attempting to train them. Also ask Talli again for operation VIDUS SECUNDUS, or the backup copy

Prepare defences and hope our sisters are not still exhausted.

Make sure to.communicate with b_net and no noise making unless the brood leaders find uncritical or under attack.

I don't think Talli is with us nor can we communicate with her without having the enemy jam us/listen in. Why an English class?

So we can better escape understand our enemys

They know theirs a presence at a said area {coordinate if their that good} and will send a larger party to scare/dispatch us from this base. We can't lose this base for reasons of the presidentees basically saying "lose it and you die" and are only real option is to defend. Hopefully those bombs/traps will help. It's up to the dice role gods now.

We should probably send out scouts and try to make contact with the fleet.
