These are very big parts before the AI couldn't even manipulate our body on this level.This will require some experimenting to see the limits of what human and machine melding can do. However some of the upper limits I see are a technological singularity or maybe very strong psionic due to be aware of every process of our brain.

In neurology i know the brain can produce/send different toxins across the body as signals. Maybe the probes are doing something similar?

((Right, update will be sometime within the next 5 hours. I am feeling better and the Imodium has worked wonders on my stomach.
