Spray paint the elf in his stupid triangle eyes.

Also, maybe magically enchant self to resist the effects of a cudgel first.

You are in a HOSPITAL. To the NORTH is the OPERATING ROOM, to the SOUTH is the WAITING ROOM.
You are wearing GENERIC PRE-SURGERY HOSPITAL CLOTHES.
The DOCTOR says that he is ready to see you now, just step through the door.
What will you do?

Incapacitate the doctor, take his clothes, find squishee, impersonate doctor to escape hospital, find new goal.

I have edited the above in accordance with the post below me.

Remember whether we are the same person or not. Also: Check inventory, magical reserves.

Determine WTF is going on.

Also: Determine if we should still RP being drunk.

I think we can assume that we had the drunk knocked out of us, as there are no bubbles popping over our head.

Incapacitate the doctor, take his clothes, find squishee, impersonate doctor to escape hospital, find new goal.

This is rather inadvisable, as you have already paid a RATHER LARGE AMOUNT OF GOLD up-front for this operation.
And you don't want a new goal, you have a perfectly good one which comes closer to being realized with every passing second.
You enter the OPERATING ROOM.

Remember whether we are the same person or not. Also: Check inventory, magical reserves.

You are fairly certain that you are yourself. You feel like yourself, you think.
Though maybe you are another person who only thinks you are yourself? This thought strikes you as confusing and unlikely.
Your inventory is empty, you left it with your normal clothes when you changed into the GENERIC PRE-SURGERY HOSPITAL CLOTHES. You have no MAGICAL RESERVES, as you do not have a MAGIC CORE.
Yet.

There is a HUMAN WIZARD on the OPERATING TABLE next to you. He is unconscious, and strapped down.
You don't know how the DOCTOR procured him, and you hope to never know.

The DOCTOR injects you with a powerful ANESTHETIC.
Although the OPERATION you are about to undergo is likely to result in your death, you think you have chosen the correct path.

Better to die in the name of you dream than to live with the shame of failure.

Determine WTF is going on.
Also: Determine if we should still RP being drunk.

You had a dream, which was also a nightmare, which was also a memory.
You seem to be outside of TOWN, which is SOUTHWEST if you have your bearings right.
It is MORNING, and you are no longer DRUNK.
