Name: Urdnot Raalg
Race: Krogan
Affiliation/Position: Ambassador
Description: Standing at slightly under 8 feet, this Krogan is a fine example of the strength and size of his species. His armor is primarily grey in color, and has a collection of insignias carved into it, and scratched out. His eyes are a mottled shade of yellow flecked with green. Battle scars run across much of his exposed flesh.

Background Story: Urdnot Raalg was a mercenary for much of his life, after escaping the hostile surface and perpetual clan wars of Tuchanka. He has an impressive number of stories about his escapades, and his armor tells the truth of many of these stories. He has battled from one end of the galaxy to the other for a paycheck, and his history swerves wildly to both sides of the law.

Over the years he's used his raw strength and intimidation to handle matters of diplomacy but since his return to Tuchanka, and his elevation to the position of 'Ambassador', he may have to master a different set of skills.

He strongly believes that his people, now cured of the genophage will need a firm hand to keep them in check. He does not trust the Council to be that firm hand, so it will have to be Krogans keeping the galaxy safe from Krogans. More generations of war, but at least a war that will not end in his peoples destruction.
To that end, the Krogans will need to have real power on the Council.

Spoiler: Urdnot Raalg (click to show/hide)

By the way, while you may have many listings as Influence, some won't have an effect on other species, groups etc. Being a Krogan Battlemaster or belonging to clan urdnot has no worth among the asari, on theother hand, so doesn't belong to the Linron Dynasty.

That would be quite funny, it'd also be a good way to encourage diplomacy between species since having the support of the other councilors would be quite valuable to both sides trying to get the job themselves.

And it'd be interesting to see what the winner does to the loser.

Turn 1: Year 2187 The Reformation of the Citadel Council.

Sol System

The Reaper War was finally over.
Sentient Life won.
At terrible Cost.

Admiral Anderson had been lost. The Geth and with them all other Artificial Intelligences had been extinct, including EDI. Billions had given their lives, the death toll so incredibly high that the exact numbers propably would never be found out. The Mass Effect Gates had been heavily damaged. Technologic Advances made in over 4000 years (in case of the Asari) had been nullified in a single moment.

Yet as always we rebuild. Shepard was found barely alive on the Citadels Ruins. Gods know how he made it out of there alive. He's being treated at an undisclosed location. The Hero fo the Citadel and all Life of the Galaxy deserved a rest. Nearly 3 Months had past since that day. Since then we managed to bring the engines on our ships back up and some rudimentary communication with the homeworlds of the Council and some of the Minor Races was reestablished.

Today on the 22nd April 2187 the Council meets for the first time since the War. Things are tense, due to absence of Gate-Travel and rarity of Communication the Various Governments were forced to call on Emergency Councilors until proper Elections can be held.

However even befor ethe Council meeting good start properly the first problems arose. The Colonies had decided upon their own Councilor a man named Nico Valten. On the other hand the Admirality had already chosen an Earthborn Candidate: Otto Faber. Since Humanity was still without an official government the matter has been brought before the other Councillors.

Two Hours till Council Meeting and Vote upon Human Councillor.
Priority Vote: Election of the Human Councilor.
Each Councillor,Potential Candidate and Ambassador will be given his Goals and Orders by his Government via PM.

Spoiler:  Nico Valten (click to show/hide)

Approaching the two humans who wish to be named councilor a masked and armored salarian salutes before speaking.

" The councilor Lethos Linron wishes a private audience with you, he will await you in his personal chambers, your guards are welcome to escort you but nobody besides yourself will be allowed entrance into the chambers themselves, the councilors own guards will also remain outside.

He instructed me to pass on this message.

You seek a seat on the council I am a part of, if you can make your taking the seat worthwhile to him then he will aid you in achieving your goals.

Nico nodded to the masked Salarian, then walked to the Councilor's chambers.
"This will only be a bit. Me and the councilor need to have a talk."

A short time later Lethos nods politely at Nico as he exits the chambers before sending a message to Urdnot Raalg saying simply.

" We should talk in private, Lethos Linron. "

Raalg harrumphed as he looked at his terminal, then shared a look with one of the other Krogan sitting there with his feet up, sharpening a blade.

"Gotta attend a meeting. Some Salarian wants to have a 'private word'. I'll be fine on my own. Whats a Salarian going to do, apart from mess up my clean armor?"
This boast was met with a few chuckles as Raalg departed his temporary office, heading for the Salarian Councillor's chambers.

Seeing the Krogan approaching 4 masked and armored Salarians open the door and enter the room to reveal a fifth equally well armed Salarian sitting at a desk.

Laughing openly to himself, Urdnot Raalg strides into the chamber with confidence, sitting at the desk and putting his feet up.

"So. You'd be the Salarian councillor eh? Well what do the high and mighty Salarians want with the Krogan?"
