Yeesh, doing a multi-thousand battle with 4 players really hurts game speed. 2% speed on Extremely Low anyone? :P
And on normal caps at that. That suggestion for low caps would be a rather good suggestion now :)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Yeesh. Support corps are... a pain in the arse. A royal one.

A dozen flagships and 40+ spire maws, every other wave or so? Every other wave or so. Plus all the other junk it throws around. You'd think an ostensibly passive AI profile would make a game less troublesome but... nope! Keep on trucking, but if this attempt at a spire pushthrough doesn't pan out, the next one's going to be 6/6 vanillas.

I wish there was a way that you could set the AI's well... AI to random but for it to tell you what AI program it is using.

There is an option when you make a new game that makes the game show you the AI type. AI Options>AI Modifiers>Reveal Random AI Types.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.
Quote from: Ze Spy
Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Raid Engine + Crafty Spire is a neat combo when you play alone.
You don't even need Double Core to be in the gutter.

There are some AIs that are rather low rated but you know they work best with other AIs. (usually the support and assistant AIs)

Then there are others that are low rated that would be really nice if they had higher upgrade versions. Like Train AI.

Well, you can play at Trains 10, he feels upgraded enough.

So, are you willing to let a newbie that only has garnered 6 hours of flailing about getting hopelessly chrushed by machines?  :P

Or should I practise more in singleplayer, so I dont ruin your rounds?

Well, considering Neon had no idea what he was doing when he hopped in, I'd say you're fine. Although I'm a bit distracted by the expansion alpha at the moment.

Dude(tte), first game I played multiplayer I had less time invested than that. We've got at least one fellow playing that insofar as I can recall started playing AI War entirely when they joined in. Zero experience, straight into the crucible.

You'll be fine :P And anyway, ruining the rounds is like a third of the fun >_>

Ah, well, in that case my steam display name is the same one as here, so you can add me on Steam. How long does each round take on average then? I live in Europe, and I guess that most of you live in North America, so there might be some time issues.
