I want to learn to eat something metaphysical, but fear is way too boring. Opposition might be fun, it should be easy too, as it will often be directed at us. Feeding on folk's defiance should properly perturb their minds to boot. To this end, I should like like to find Ironside, hold them down, and try to feed on the emotion that they are throwing at us...

I was rather hoping they would reply by standing still and shivering while we eat their friend, but that works too...

Keep in mind that we have these guys trapped and can speak with them if we wish. Judging by their current state, they may be willing to agree to help us if we make the horror stop. Eating one of them in front of the others will certainly undermine any authority we have in that situation.

So long as we eat the incapacitated one I see no problems with attempting to impose our will over the two that are still vertical.

Further edited the last couple of entries to iron out inconsistencies and improve grammar. The count of alive and able men in the entrance shaft is three as intended and this should be clarified. My apologies for any confusion, and I will do my best to proofread future updates more thoroughly.
