Ooh. Guys, if this is warhammer, we need to get telekinesis. Imagine quadruple wielding bolters. Or any other weapon. Or crushing enemies heads from a mile away. The options are almost endless! Also,
Then like I said we need to sneak out of the mine, and have our fun with the Town once the priests and soldiers move to deal with the ghosts we left in the mine.
This.

Hrmm, if we know that there is a priest, maybe we should kidnap them and corrupt their soul...

For telekenisis that's thinking far too small, but I like the suggestion, since telekenisis is basically a win button almost anywhere.
I choose 3: Ensure no one escapes from the mine and go from there. Better to ensure we aren't discovered in the first place.

Meh, holding some guns and pulling some triggers is pretty easy, handling the recoil could be an issue, but you could rig something for that I am sure. Compressing atoms requires concentration and perspective, cutting circulation requires precision(to be of any advantage) and focus, rearranging brains requires knowledge and precision, anything invasive may require overcoming some sort of resistance, pressing the self-destruct button requires knowledge and range. Telekinesis has one major flaw, it is manual, everything that it does you have to do personally, without some sort of mental upgrade, you can only do a small number(possibly augmented by trained reactions and subconscious effects) of things at once. Without a sensory upgrade you can only interact with things that you are already familiar with. The power itself probably has limited force, density, and range. If the G.M. isn't giving you free reign to abuse it, then the best use of telekinesis is probably going to involve a bunker and some floating cameras, which will probably be destroyed on a regular basis...

If you can throw curses around, then they will keep working for you long after you have gone on to better things. If you can summon things then that is basically a free everything. Even if you can't control them, bringing together a like-minded group of people has all sorts of potential, and if those folk who you summon happen to possess telekinesis, or curses, or even summoning itself, then the potential for abuse should be obvious. Controlling the elements may sound like a limited version of telekinesis, but if you can just ask them for stuff instead of doing it manually then with almost no effort you can achieve all manner of vast tasks filled with complexity that would be hopelessly past the scope of a telekinetic of anything resembling your own ability.

Telekinesis is basically universal physical manipulation. It is very good for localised power against known forces. But trying to run an empire with telekinesis is going to require a massive expenditure of social capital or the mental faculties to run everything manually, and sooner or later you come up against someone with non-physical powers who has ghosts ripping out your soul before you even know that they exist.

Our best option is just let them come to the cave then collapse the entrance while we start turning everyone insane slowly in the village.

Hrmm, trapped in mine with ghosts. It does seem like a good way to boost our Evil credibility...

It could be done.

We have the power of telekinesis, though they are not so refined as to pinch off blood vessels and the like.

And where would we get the bolters from? There is a distinct lack of SPESS MUHREENS in the immediate area. If there was, it would cause problems, doubly so if a Librarian was with them.

Anyway, I'm counting 2 votes for option 3.

I did say Or any weapon. So yeah. Throw a shitload of axes in their face. Or make the weapon that they are holding stab them in the face.

It would be easier to rip into their minds and make them kill each other if we were facing multiple enemies. This is a tried-and-true tactic of psykers and daemons, after all. In addition, using telekinesis against multiple large objects with any degree of control is ineffective to the point of impracticality. Why turn their weapons against them when we can turn their brains to mush or simply slit their throats?

Update is currently being worked on.

This is like asking us why pump magma up from the center of the earth, and build an orbital defense system, instead of just raising the drawbridge.

((This is a half-turn because I don't have the time to write a full turn at the moment. This means that food will not be consumed and stats will not change negatively. I will replace the current system with a time-based rather than turn-based system in the next update.))

Observing this new development from the well-shadowed ceiling, you watch as the miners scurry to obey their orders. Several pass directly under you, and for now you resist the urge to eat them. That will come later.

As the eleven remaining able-bodied miners go about creating barricades from ore pallets and rubble, you pursue the six sent to warn the village of their plight.

Meanwhile, the ghosts are at work.
Shadows move in the corner of one's eye, a barricade shifts and collapses, and an inexplicable fog of dust rises in the mine, thick enough to cause the miners to don face cloths. These supernatural happenings are negatively affecting morale, and you feel their fear.

Floating gently behind the last miner in the moving party, what you do to him is anything but. Unfortunately, his scream of terror and agony echoes down the tunnels, and the other five miners turn in time to see his corpse fusing with the ceiling. Understandably, they turn their run into a dead sprint for the outside world.

Ironside stopped short as he heard the scream, and sent two men to barricade the entrance to the room as well. As they were gathering materials to do this, a body, flying from the direction of the entrance tunnel, slammed into the far wall with incredible force, fracturing the stone of the back wall with a sickening Crack. On impact, each and every bone shattered and killed the unfortunate (or perhaps fortunate?) miner instantly.

That did it. The morale of the miners broke, and they fled into the deeper reaches of the mine and left tools and equipment behind them. Ironside shouted after them, but they took no heed and he had no choice but to follow.

Meanwhile, the four remaining men in the entrance tunnel realize that they had nowhere to run, and halt as you appear in front of them with a sharp snap of displaced air. You let out a roar so loud and so chilling that the lenses of one man's glasses shatter. Flinching, he rips them off of his face and they all back up several paces. One simply faints dead away while the others cluster together and try to hide behind one other. They are obviously terrified and with no means of escape, and you consider your options.

Start of This Turn: 16 base 10 (+6 for causing terror)

You have reached the 2x base limit on your Mind stat, meaning that any further temporary buffs will "bleed" at four times the normal rate until falling back to twice the base stat. Upon this happening, the bleed rate will return to normal.

Also, you can make a conscious choice to sustain yourself off of your temp stats, depleting two temp strength per turn instead of consuming flesh. Mind is worth half of Strength, meaning that you will have to consume two Mind to gain the same amount of sustenance as 1 Strength.
EDIT: Fixed some inconsistencies and general derpiness. Let me know if you find anything I missed.

Leap onto one of them. Pin down their skull with one claw, and the upper legs with another. DEVOUR HIS INTESTINES WHILE HE STILL BLEEEEEEDS.

Should stop us being hungry too. While intestine-eating, attempt to make the others go stark raving mad.
