You stumble down the corridor [1] in the direction of the uneven intersection, the golem lumbering along in your wake. Struck by an idea, you delicately tuck the candle-wand into the crook of your injured arm, frantically digging through your pockets and discarding rocks until you find what you were looking for. You dig out the little amulet that you had nearly forgotten, holding it before you as if to present it to the construct. The stone giant pauses for a moment, examining you. A moment later some rather horrible noises come from around the corner where Basin and the last zombie are playing with each other. The golem takes another step forward.

We can't go past him, he takes up most of the corridor.
Go a bit to the north, & let him get kinda closer, if he starts telegraphing an attack retreat to the north- use our left-hand trick to get to the top-left room.
We're still building green power, so stalling one more turn is fine.
The horrible noises might be a result of basin's...path into...yeah.

Let's NOT help Basin.  The horrible sounds were another exploding zombie.  Poor Carnie died, but Basin should EASILY be able to blow up the last zombie.  Our only concern was if the brief pause means the Golem is going to come shake our hand rather than mash us into a pulp.  Leaving that part to you guys.

That remains to be seen.  Thanks to a lack of votes, we will either make friends with the golem, or be crushed into our base components i.e. blood and gore.

It is encrusted with sharkmist and HMRC. On the item is an image of HMRC and Pancaek. Pancaek is laughing. The HMRC is melting. The artwork relates to the encasing of the HMRC in metal by Pancaek during the Mission of Many People.))

I'd say let it get close enough that we can get away if it starts winding up another strike- as per my last post.

This isn't that Honey Badger RTD!  We can't just absorb zombies to remake our arm into some eldritch abomination!
Though, hopefully, we WILL be able to do that with full mastery of the green/other transforming abilities.  If food becomes an issue way later, should we turn into a plant chick?  Would also be a good way to escape if we become well known to all kinds of the wrong people...

This shouldn't be exclude ensuring we go north, and checking to see if he tries to hit us in the same turn.
