You are Summoned

Intense pressure, the sensation of being squeezed through the eye of a needle. Angry voices, the clash of blade on blade, hurried footsteps. The pain mounts, blinding and searing. You are lost, lost, lost…

The silence wakens you, painfully deafening. It is dreadfully cold. You can feel rough stone pressing against your bare back. You sit up, glancing around. The impromptu bed is a circular slab of unpolished stone coated in rust-colored stains. A few candle stumps ring the edges of the altar, sealed to it with hardened wax. It is terribly dark, so dark that you can barely see the edges of the room.

To the east is an alcove or doorway of some sort. On the opposite side of the room is a frame surrounded by mirror shards. There is a dark lump leaning against the wall near the mirror frame. The floor is pockmarked and littered with bits of loose stone and rubbish.

You pad over to the mirror, leaning towards one of the shards still hanging in the frame. There isn't enough light to really tell much about yourself except for one rather notable thing: you're completely hairless. That's not normal, right? Shouldn't you be able to remember what you look like?

Obviously we are Female with Hair down to the mid-back which is colored Red. We have very pale skin and out eyes are a shade of green not unlike gemstones. We are, unfortunetly, very very short, but this makes us very fast and awkward to land blows on!

You examine the lump. It does nothing, so you poke it. It appears that the lump is actually a corpse in dark robes. Finally, someone who's colder than you are!

Examine robes for marks which may earn us distrust on sight or such if worn. loot other items within the robe and body.

You carefully search the robes for markings, but they appear to be plain black robes. Well, apart from the bloodstains and rips. But that won't be a problem, right? You quickly strip the corpse and don the robes, then search the pockets. You find a small fortune of gold and magical it-HAHA you're daydreaming. The pockets are empty. The corpse looks even more pitiful now. Oh well, at least you're not cold any more. You shiver a bit.

Deciding that the stone altar would make a delightful minion, you...

For some reason, you can't seem to animate the large block of stone into a loyal construct.
