Best method would be to reconstruct a town exactly matching his current location, hire people to be townsfolk, then put Toady in a coma for six months so he doesn't notice the change of season and while he is out ship him to the new town...
Or maybe this has already happened and nobody noticed?

I don't see why not...
Although I'm starting to think building a virtual environment and having him trapped Matrix style would be easier... So you know, he could simulation while he simulations.

and the map actually just shows countries in which British troops have set foot in, whether they were allied, neutral or hostile to said country.
