Dwarf Voice Modulator

Does anyone know how to use voice modulator settings to sound like a dwarf? I am planning on using this, and want to know if those settings provide enough variety to produce a dwarf-ish voice.

Speak in a gruffer, scottish accent. Works every time. Say "ach", with that german "ccchhh" sound often.

Actually any language other than english is unimaginable when you want to add a scottish accent.
Hell most game translations involving dorfs talking with a scottish accent usually decide to forgo the whole "scottish accent" part.
