Europa Universalis III Chronicles (which includes all of the expansions) is currently available for free on Gamefly. On the website it mentions that the offer is unavailable in certain regions though.

To get the game you will need to create an account with them (which involves giving them billing info). You will also need to download their client to access the download for the game.

I've downloaded and installed it, it looks like you don't need the gamefly client to run the game once you get it.

Gamefly? Why? They're basically the Netflix of videogames. They don't have as polished of a service as Netflix, but they work identically, and I've had no problems with them.
